Enjoy the amazing view from this colorful condo in the Island Echos complex in beautiful Fort Walton Beach. Inside, the open layout offers a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table perfect for meals or family game nights, and a cozy living area with a large TV and sliding door access out to the furnished balcony. You will also have access to on-site amenities including a seasonally heated, shared pool with an over-size sundeck, lighted tennis court, and kayak rentals. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.

In the surrounding area you'll find several popular restaurants. For entertainment, don't miss Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, offering miniature golf, a ropes course, and more, or rent a pontoon boat from Island Watersports to explore the bay and enjoy access to Crab Island in Destin.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent stay. A couple suggestions. Plastic drink ware would be nice. I thought beach towels were mentioned in description, but there were no beach towels. Perfect location and very clean.

Amazing, Clean Condo!

This condo was the best for our family of 4 for a trip the beach! Everything was clean, updated, and so comfortable! Many memories were made and we plan to come back to reserve this condo again!

Labor Day Weekend Vacation

Property is well positioned on the Okaloosa inlet and quiet. Spacious accommodations, Vacasa maintenance crew worked tirelessly around the clock to keep sound out of common entryways and elevators. Highly recommend

Loved the stay

The condo was updated. Liked the wall colors. Also liked the decor. There was plenty of appliances and pans to cook with. It was very nice! We would stay there again.

This place is amazing!

This place was amazing! It is on the 7th floor so the view was amazing! It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items and towels etc! The seats on the balcony were nice to enjoy when we weren’t out and about! Beach service and parking is provided which was awesome as well and made it less hassle when we wanted to go to the beach!!! Check in and out was a breeze and we will definitely be back to stay here!!!!!

Fantastic unit, terrific view

Very happy with our stay here. We were scrambling to find a place to stay 2 weeks prior to travel and couldn’t be happier that we found and chose this unit for our trip. The top floor view off the balcony was outstanding. Wonderful spot for morning coffee. The unit was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The included beach service was a definite plus. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. Only complaint was the master bed was very noisy whenever you moved and no fans in the bathrooms was odd. Would definitely stay here again though.

Overall our stay was perfect. The only thing that we missed was there was nothing provided with room - no hairdryer, very limited towels, coffee. Just the small amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

This is perfectly located directly on the beach and it includes 2 chairs and umbrella set up every morning and removed in the evening. No hauling umbrellas/chairs to the beach! Balcony had a great view. The chairs provided were tall and made it easy to sit out there and enjoy it. Was our first time to Fort Walton and was beyond great. Everyone was friendly. If you are considering checking it out, I’d recommend this condo and Fort Walton without a single hesitation.

Perfect!

Enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to use our 12x12 canopy at the beach. Plenty of towels were provided. Definitely recommend this condo!

Beautiful Views from the balcony

We enjoyed everything about our stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the wonderful master bedroom and fabulous balcony - everything was perfect! Great communication with the host. Easy access to the unit! Did I mention the fabulous views off the balcony and the powdery white sand and delightful surf!

Can’t WAIT to Return!

Enjoyed our stay so very much! Such a beautifully decorated, clean, lovely, home-away-from-home for peace, rest, relaxation. Staring at the ocean and listening to the waves roll in.. UNPRECEDENTED and worth the getaway! Everything was PERFECTION. Comfortable beds, too! Great appliances. The balcony view is EVERYTHING! Great a/c heating system and huge tvs with Netflix. Note to owner: Would love even more if they increased the weak water pressure in the showers, but I would still come back!

This place was filthy, hasn’t been cleaned for some time, there was no “Pro Housekeeper Cleaning Thoroughly. We stayed two nights out of 5. I cleaned the bathrooms so we could use the master shower, then left.

House was great as was the location. My only issue with the house is the the rooms are warm. We had the AC down to 68 and seemed only the living room area was cool. The master at least had a fan to help cool the room down. The second room with the bunk beds was super hots that the kids ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room. I would also suggest that they get fans for the bathrooms as it makes the whole house smell if someone has to use the restroom. U can’t open windows or doors as it’s too hot and will freeze the ac unit.
