This magnificent condo has a view of the tropical gardens and pools. The main bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. B414 is beautifully decorated in tropical blues, greens, and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful retreat offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The main bedroom features a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included for your convenience.

Great condo, Great location, Great overall.

Beautiful location

We loved our stay. The location of the condo is great. The heated pool was nice when it was open. The hot tub was open on and off- only one at a time, but definitely necessary with the weather this week. Walking to the beach was great and two chairs/umbrella come with the condo rental. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The condo is definitely dated. The appliances are old and the stove/oven is questionable. The beds were not comfortable and that would probably be our biggest complaint. The layout was perfect for us and worked for our family.

Beautiful resort

Suite B414 is a beautiful suite the decor is amazing and so is the view The pool is amazing ecspecially if you have a family with kids The only complaint I would have is the room is right above the gate to access the pool area and it slammed very loudly and the overhead lights in second bedroom did not work which I did not know until the end of my stay or I would of reported it I did report the second hot tub was not working which was repaired in a day otherwise I’d give this suite a five star ⭐️ rating

Comfortable Stay

First of all…the cleanest condo that we have rented as far as I can remember. Kudos to the cleaning team. As far as the condo itself, it was very spacious and comfortable. Some updates needed, but nothing major. Both bathrooms were spacious, beds comfy (if you like beds on the harder side), kitchen well stocked (no condiments), and the washer/dryer and half bath were nice perks. Loved the deck, unexpected view of the ocean and the palm trees gave it nice privacy. The Master bedroom picks up the pool noise, but all quiets down by 10 at the latest. Speaking of pools, our 4 year old granddaughter LOVED all the options. Her favorite was the lazy river.The only negative is she did not like wearing the resort bracelets, she has sensory issues. It was nice having the snack shack on property and the restaurants across the street were convenient for us, due to early bedtimes for Grands. Also, we took them to the Gulfarium and the Seacoast Science Center which they loved. The resort was a bit crowded for our taste so we would come back in off season. But a family friendly resort for sure! AND, finally hats off to Vacasa managment! They were spot on and very efficient and friendly with great follow -up!

We love waterscape

We decided to extend our stay after leaving another condo resort and this unit was available for the 2 days we needed. This is our 3rd trip to waterscape, and we love it although the beach here is super crowded. Negatives on this room- the half bath ceiling is super moldy. The bed skirts were also stained, although I did tell mgmt this when they called to check in on us. The master bed makes so many noises, we didn’t sleep well. The 2 seats and umbrella service is nice. However if you want a chair close to the water you have to prepay $15 to reserve it the night before. Otherwise it’s first come first serve. The pool and atmosphere is amazing at waterscape and it’s within walking distance to a few restaurants and a mini golf/ice cream place.

Great location! Can see the pool and ocean! Right by the elevator!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Waterscape! The room is right off the elevator so it’s super convenient when you carry up beach stuff or groceries. However, we were a little disappointed that the master bathtub was out of order. It was completely sealed off and labeled that it would not work. We moved everything into the other room and made it work for us, but we were disappointed that we were told on 2 separate occasions that someone was coming to fix it and never did. Overall, we had a great time and we will be going back!

Spacious, great location, very helpful service.

There was really only one negative, the master bath garden tub was out of service. However, when I called the front desk they had a plumber ready to come out that day. (We actually turned them down as we didn't want to wait in the condo while they worked). But I would say that was very representative of the service. We ran out of trash bags, they brought us a few new ones. I couldn't find a dust pan, they dropped one off. The rooms were clean, the condo is right at the central elevators and can take you straight to the 2nd and 1st level pools. We were able to get an umbrella and chairs at the beach with no issues. We went out at 10, not early at all. We went the last week of august, that could also be why it was so easy. Over all, our family of 3 adults and 2 children fit perfectly and had a great time. We will be back!

Nice Escape for Families

Great view from the balcony of the pools & a small glimpse of the ocean. Condo was a comfortable size for our family of 5. The bunk beds are a great feature, but would have been nice to have a curtain to block out the light from the kitchen. Appliances are newer & well-cleaned. The couch & chairs are showing some wear & staining. Overall we enjoyed our stay & felt we had the dishes & supplies needed for basic meals.

Great view

The view is great. It is perfect for a family of 4-6. I would not put any more than that in here. There are a few stains on the couch and the door in the smaller room closet keeps coming off the tracks. Other than that it is really fantastic. My family of 4 enjoyed it! I would rent it again for the balcony alone.

Loved staying at waterscape!

The room was lovely and spacious. The pool area was beautiful and clean. The only negative that the lazy river was too lazy and not deep enough for adults to enjoy. You need to float without your feet touching the bottom to be enjoyable. Tks.

Beautiful condo and grounds

B414 was perfect for our family of five. Everything was clean and as expected. The pool is fantastic although it is difficult to get a chair if you aren’t out there when it opens. Would definitely return.

Loved the resort; unit needs attention

This resort is perfect for families. The pool area and beach access are top notch. This particular unit is in need of several comfort updates and there were other cleaning issues that I addressed with Vacasa. Overall, I would stay at this resort again.

Great Family Condo!

Loved the condo! Location was great and communication with the staff was top-notch. I would have given 5 stars if there had not been a stain on a bed pillow and the microwave had worked properly. The staff was quick to replace the pillow and offered to replace the microwave, but we no longer needed it for our stay. The text messaging feature was easy to use and replies from staff were very quick. It was a very family friendly atmosphere and offered something for all ages. Many wonderful memories were made splashing in the pool and playing on the beach. The kiddos said they would love to go back and I agree!
