Modern and updated on the inside, but soothing country charm on the exterior. House is nestled on a large lot on a tree shaded street. The house is only 1.1 miles to market center. In March the house was listed as an Short Term Rental and everything inside is new, clean and comfortable. There is ample street parking in front of the house for 4 cars and one car in the driveway. Enjoy the quiet of the morning with a cup of coffee on the back patio or a night cap by twinkling lights.
There is a gas grill for those who want to eat at home vs waiting in line. I think we have thought of everything to make our home one everyone can enjoy!

Girls’ Weekend

We had a wonderful time in Fredericksburg with our group of childhood friends gathering from 3 different states. The house was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Main St. Sheri was available to answer questions and was very responsive.

Girl's Trip

Great house to stay at with a group of your friends! Very close to the Main Street. Our wine bus was able to pick us up from the house directly. The beds were all very comfortable and everyone was able to have their own bed. I would recommend house slippers due to their being quite a bit of stickers but other than that I would recommend!

Family wedding at Ginger Ranch

Our stay at this property was great. No complaints. Very clean and very close to all the shops on Main Street. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we felt safe. We would definitely rent again. R&B

I can’t say enough about this sweet property. It was spacious and clean and the decor was beautiful. We had a bird’s eye view of the eclipse from the patio. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

After Christmas Hunting Trip with the Boys!

The house was very nice and cozy. the amenities were great, and supplied everything needed to cook in the afternoons. Property manager was very nice on the phone and easy to deal with. Overall Great experience. We are from South Louisiana and would rather cook then go out to eat, so the kitchen was small for grown men to navigate around and cook, but nothing we worried about. Would stay here again if available next time we head to town.

Really great place in a great location!

Property was really clean. It had a great layout with the master suite being in a separate part of the house. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. Really great time to be inf Fredericksburg around Christmas! Best part was it was so close to main!

We love Fredericksburg ....... All the Festivals and Activities that go on throughout the year. Family is very important to us. We enjoy fishing, hiking , kayaking, wine tours, hiking Enchanted Rock, Floating the River and searching for arrow heads and dinosaur tracks. We live in College Station and Fredericksburg is a quick 3 hour drive for us; so we visit as often as possible. If you see a weekend that is not available shoot us a quick message and we will see if its a weekend we reserved for ourselves or if we actually have guest coming. If we are there we might be able to switch our dates to another weekend, but we can't change a guest reservation.

New to the market, extremely clean, stylish and a comfortable home. We limit our guest to 8 because we don't want them to feel crowded. We want everyone to have a bed!
Close to market central (only 1.1 miles) but nestled in a family oriented neighborhood... quiet mornings and peaceful evenings. Are you an early riser and like to take a morning walk or run? Our neighborhood has extremely wide tree shaded streets and make it perfect for walking or running.
