Welcome to the finest little cozy place in the heart of Port Aransas, Texas! It is anticipated you will enjoy every minute of your stay, at a place you will find yourself calling "home away from home." Please take this time to relax and enjoy the benefits of being minutes away from the beautiful beach of Port A. This little cozy place has been established to help provide a place where you can experience the peace and serenity desired after a day filled with fun and laughter. Family Vacation

Place was clean and in great shape! We would stay here again without hesitation. Pool was refreshing after being on the beach all day. And it is 5 minute walk to the beach!

Last Minute Success!

Claudia was quick to respond, and was very helpful. Condo is close to the beach, as stated. Everything was super clean and I loved how quiet it was. We will definitely stay here again!

Return to Coast

Very nice place that was spotless and well stocked with items. Pool was clean and nice. Proximity to beach allowed frequent walks to and from. Owner was quick to communicate and responsive to our needs. Well kept grounds. Will stay longer next trip!

Awesome Condo

Great two bedroom condominium at Island dunes. Accessible to the beach and the main thorough fair. Kitchen bedrooms and amenities were all great. Definitely will rent again.

Claudia the property manager was fantastic. We had a handicap family member with us and Claudia had maintenence build custom ramps so we had no problem getting a wheelchair into the unit and even to join us at the pool. Claudia was very responsive to our questions and requests. The unit was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Many hours were spend there. Claudia went beyond what most managers would do. I highly recommend a stay at this unit!

A few steps to the beach

The property was clean and cozy. Roomy enough for the five of us and all were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach!!! Claudia, our host, was great!!

Perfect and close to the beach!

My husband and I have been coming to Port A for years and were so happy to have found this condo! The place was very clean, plenty of ammenities, and the layout was perfect for gathering and having time alone. The beach is only a few short minutes away which made walking the beach all the more inviting! The property manager, Claudia, is amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

Great time in Port A!

Claudia’s property at Island Dunes is lovely and has everything you need. The Island Dunes is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Port A, so it is really convenient. Claudia was very quick to respond to questions, and provided all the help and information one needs! Great property and wonderful host!

We will be back !

Very clean , updated and nicely decorated. We loved it ! It was PERFECT for our little family ! Had everything we needed. The location was perfect! It was only a very short walk to the beach! Nice little pool and grill areas for the complex . The only issues were they should label parking if its designated to specific units and we didn’t have very good internet connection which was probably a plus ! We had a great time !

Great location and well maintained property.

Reservation process was smooth. Property was easy to access and in a great location if you want quick access to beach. All the amenities and appliances were in great condition.

Great place!!

We had a great stay and found the condo in immaculate condition. All the supplies needed were provided in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Clean towels and clean linens were there as well for our use. The location was super close to old town Port A and the beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claudia’s place. My children loved it and my husband and I appreciated the ease of parking and its closeness to the beach. It really is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was clean and tidy. Claudia was quick to respond to any of my messages or questions with kindness and professionalism. The complex is quiet and well kept. Kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you! We hope to be back.
