Slice of Heaven

Very nice location in a very nice area. Includes everything you could possibly need for your stay. We enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. The pool was clean and refreshing. The house was very clean! I highly recommend staying here. It was a little slice of paradise.

Our stay

Very average. - the house is tired - needs some love - the dock needs repair - we repaired deadbolt knob on front door - kept falling off. - master bath shower - one door would not slide - the suggested a/c at 78 degrees is expecting alot from the renters (should be at least 72)

Family vacation

This home was clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. Our teenage daughters loved having their own bedrooms with tv’s in each room. I would say that it met all of our needs for our week. We only used the pool once because the weather was a little chilly. My only suggestion is that the master bed needs to be replaced.

Outstanding!

The villa was exactly as described, the entire process from booking to arrival was very easy. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is absolutely stunning with a beautiful lanai with a pool overlooking the canal The location of the villa was quiet and I would say a car is a necessity if you want to eat out (which we did every night and had some superb meals). There are shops nearby (a large Walmart for groceries) but again you'd probably need a car. There is a BBQ on the lanai however we didn't make use of this. There is plenty to do in the local area and some absolutely stunning beaches can easily be reached. The villa exceeded our expectations and we had a fantastic week and would certainly return.

No pool time

The property was clean and check in was easy. Main reason we picked was the canal and pool. We were unable to use the pool because it did not heat up, so that was unfortunate. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Netflix was available. Number for a Tony was available but I thought the pool needed a few days to heat so by day 3 and it was still freezing, I just gave up and didn’t want to inconvenience them. I let property manager know on last day but no response. Also was woken up at 7 am on last day by lawn care guys so don’t plan to sleep in on that day. Overall it was a quiet good stay.

Great house and location would book again!

House is great and in a great location close to many shopping centers, restaurants, trails/beaches. I made a list of Pros and Cons BUT each person is different and this is just my opinion. I would 100% rent this house and stay here again. Pros Great location Great layout Very clean house Pool is amazing Dock/fishing area is amazing - caught crabs, channel catfish, and saw some snook! Had all essentials, coffee, seasonings, plates, cups, soap, towels, toilet paper ect. Close to EVERYTHING (seriously everything's 10/15mins away if that) Books and games available for your use Cons Bed in Master suite for me was way to hard, the Queen bed was a lot nicer and softer in my opinion Master suite does not cool down at all, I tried to leave the fan on, fan off, leave the door open, leave the door shut and nothing worked, I ended up buying a box fan to help keep cooler at night, the rest of the house was absolutely perfect though, we kept the temp around 74 the whole time we were there. Random guys showed up to work on the dock, not a huge deal but it would have been nice to get a heads up as we were outback swimming Random person came by again at like 830am and asked to come inside the house, we didn't let him because we didn't know who he was or have any notification of him coming ANTS - before we even brought our things in there were tiny ants crawling on the walls and counters, and table outside, I ended up buying ant spray, which worked! Again I would 100% stay again! Thank you

The perfect getaway

The property is exactly as advertised. It was absolutely immaculate. The screened in heated pool was a huge plus with this house. The property manager Steve reached out the day off to confirm check in process. The welcome book was a personalized touch that was loved. The bbq was amazing and they even had a back up full propane tank for if the first one ran out. I would absolutely book this place again. This is an absolute amazing property.

Great location

We had an amazing vacation here. The house was clean, check in was easy. It was nice having our boat right outside our door. The pool was relaxing too. The only downside was the small pebbles coming loose by the pool area. Wa not fun to walk on. Other then that, definitely a five star stay.

Beach House Stay

We had an enjoyable time staying here. We enjoyed the pool several times, went kayaking and overall the neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Met a few neighbors. Would definately book this property again.

Tolles Haus ohne Abstriche

Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Der Check In hat reibungslos funktioniert und auch die Kommunikation mit Sue Larson Rental’s. Da unser Flug erst abends zurück ging, durften wir das Haus sogar noch bis zum Nachmittag nutzen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind groß genug und die Betten sehr bequem. Der Pool sorgte immer für Abkühlung und der Außenbereich lud zum verweilen ein. Es war alles super sauber, die Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Unternehmungen und auch Tony der Hausmeister waren sehr hilfreich. Tony half uns nach einem Stromproblem aufgrund von Hurrikan Idalia sehr schnell weiter. Danke für alles. Wir können das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen der in Cape Coral Urlaub machen möchte. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very comfortable

Home is older but nice. Curb appeal could use updating but adjuster was there while we were there so they are working on it. Pool is nice and locations is good. Quite neighborhood. Would definetly stay here again.
