This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located just outside of South Beach in beautiful Sea Pines Plantation. With stunning updates throughout and a new pool and jacuzzi located in the center of the home, this home provides guests with comfort and relaxation.
The large living area, which is open to the dining room, features leather seating, a flat screen TV and bay windows with a view of the pool. There is also a wet bar in centered between the kitchen and living area. The renovated kitchen features a gas range, double oven and granite counter tops with a bar that seats 4. There is also a breakfast table with seating for 4.
The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV and access to the pool deck through sliding doors. The impressive master bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.
Just down the hall from the master, you'll find the bunk room which sleeps 4. This room has a TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The two remaining guest bedrooms each feature queen beds, flat screen TVs and renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The immaculate pool deck features lounge chairs, cushioned couches, a gas grill and a screened-in cabana area- perfect for outdoor dining! This home is located just a 5 minute walk from the beach and just a short bike ride from South Beach Marina.
Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Passes are charged per car per week; $17.00 per car per week.
