This newly-built gated community with resort-style amenities is located just past the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. High-touch surfaces are meticulously disinfected, and fresh amenities such as new toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap are provided for your convenience upon arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are treated with professional disinfectants, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap and dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, and a pre-arrival inspection ensures that all high-touch surfaces are sanitized once more. Every detail is attended to so that you can relax and enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $400. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.
* There may be ongoing construction nearby, as Windsor Cay Resort is a newly developed community. While we strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable stay, occasional construction noise, or unavailable amenities may occur depending on your reservation dates.

1. Reservation Confirmation and Rental Agreement: upon confirmation of your reservation, we kindly request that you sign our rental agreement as soon as possible. 2. Online Verification Process: to maintain the safety and security of all our guests, we require completion of an online verification process. This process includes uploading pictures of your identification documents (e.g., driver's license, passport) through our secure platform. We appreciate your cooperation in completing this step before your arrival.

3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.
