Utsikten över Acadia ligger i en liten och exklusiv utveckling precis vid Margaritaville Resort, Orlando och Disneys Animal Kingdom. Detta vackert inredda och bekväma hem har 7 sovrum, 6. 5 badrum och sover 14 gäster bekvämt över 4 kung sovrum, 1 drottning sovrum och 2 tvåbäddsrum. Det yttre området har en överdimensionerad gasuppvärmd pool med bubbelpool och ett expansivt yttre däckområde som ger betydande utrymme för utomhusliv och njuter av Floridas rikliga solsken. Poolen har en vattenfallsfunktion och utanför högtalare är anslutna till det interna musiksystemet som kan höras i varje rum (var och en har sin egen volymkontroll). Det finns 3588 kvadratmeter under AC och spel- och medierummet är också under AC med sitt eget dedikerade centrala system (det finns tre AC-zoner i alla). Väggmonterade HD-TV-apparater, bekväma sängar och ett fullt utrustat och utrustat kök fullbordar detta fantastiskt unika och rymliga hem.

Detta är ett nytt hem i vår portfölj. Hemmet har varit föremål för alla nya sängkläder, uppgraderade väggmonterade TV-apparater och utökad Spectrum-kabel-TV-tjänst. Detta hem har en mycket tillmötesgående öppen planlösning med 3 sovrum på 1: a våningen (nedervåningen) och 4 sovrum på övervåningen (2: a våningen). Det finns också 7 badrum (ett halvt badrum som leder ut till poolen). Poolen och däck är helt enkelt enorma och inget samhälle är närmare Disney (Animal Kingdom)! Bekvämligheter, restauranger och andra attraktioner ligger mindre än 1 mil bort på Formosa Garden Plaza. Tillträde är mycket snabbt och bekvämt, inga linjer eller väntar på att komma in - ange bara koden vid community-porten så är du säker och säker inom den här pärlan i en gemenskap. Buddies Golf Trip

House was great, clean and spacious. Everything was in working order. Pool was great and hot tub heated up quickly! Very relaxing after playing golf!

We did Universal Studios for Thanksgiving, and this house was in a great location. Andrew is a great property manager and was always available to answer any questions. I would recommend this to everyone.

Easy and Relaxing

Everything about this property was easy and helped us relax. We were in town for a RunDisney race and this house was perfect for what we needed. Our group of all adults loved having private bathrooms in all rooms, and room to spread out. The property manager was quick to reply to questions. Just remember to bring or go out for extras of paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! It was more beautiful and comfortable than we expected. As we entered, it welcomed us with such beautiful decor, which enhances the beauty of this home. It was such an amazing place to stay and the location couldn't be any better. Perfect for our family vacation!

We had a party of 12 and this property was perfect for us! It was close to the Disney parks and grocery stores yet secluded enough to make us feel secure and private. We will definitely stay here or at least look to rent from this property owner again!

Great Place

Excellent home for our family. Large pool area and nice outdoor furniture. Home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Only issue was one first floor bed mattress was terrible. Overall excellent place to stay.

Disappointing stay

Property is dated and worn. In need of a true deep clean, not just a quick turnaround clean. Pool deck is very dirty due to ongoing construction out back. Hot tub only heated to proper temp once during our stay. Expect noise and dirt for the foreseeable future. Burned out lights out front. We had plans to cook, pots and pans had residue from past guests. Stingiest VRBO we’ve ever experienced. Corporate rental with no sense of welcome like we have experienced with other privately owned properties across the country. The only thing they supply is cleaning supplies, because they want you to do that work. You will have to go shopping for a LOT of stuff. Tiny bath towels, no washcloths, no kitchen towels, no extra garbage bags, literally nothing for kitchen, not even salt and pepper.

Wonderful house!

My son had his wedding in Disney and we rented this for some of our guests. It was perfect! With the bedrooms having their own bathrooms, pool and hot tub, kitchen was well supplied and great location! Would definitely rent again when in the area!

Great place, w 2nd stay in two years. Booking again. Would like a different master bedroom mattress - but the house is perfect with so many bedrooms with private baths.

A wonderful home for a week!

This home was everything we could have ever wanted for our family Disney Vacation. Its location is so close to the parks and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The kitchen was stocked with most essentials that you may need, but if you're bringing a lot of people, I suggest picking up some paper plates, cups, and plastic silverware so you don't have to run the dishwasher every day. This was such a wonderful home for the week, 10/10.

Great Orlando location

The property is well kept and is as described in the listing. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all with master baths. The large screened in patio with fenced in pool was a plus compared to other properties we have rented. It was an easy drive to both Disney and Universal Studios. Walmart is close by for essentials and Door Dash came in handy after long days at the parks.

Good! Needs some TLC and attention to detail in cleaning.

King ensuites were perfect for our group. Outdoor space was great! Needs some updating and a deep clean. Light fixtures, fake plants above kitchen cabinets, picture frames were thick with dust. Linens were clean and bathrooms were clean enough. THERE WERE NO WASHCLOTHS OR KITCHEN TOWELS. GRILL COST AN ADDITIONAL $125.00

Amazing stay for 1 week, wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is perfect if you plan on going to any of the Disney parks, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here! My family and I are thinking of booking another trip in the near future to the same house since it was such a great experience. There was a total of 11 of us in this house and we still felt like we had room. Plenty of space in the house made it easier for people not to feel on top of each other. Overall 10/10!

Clean and conveniently located

The house was clean and conveniently located near the disney parks. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of our family. The pool and hot tub on the patio were good , the only suggestion that I would make is that the pool and hot tub need a hand rail for getting in and out. The only other note I might make is that the shower in the master bedroom could use so sort of texture or mat in it , because the tile is kind of slick. Over all we enjoyed our stay , check in/out was easy, and communication with the owner was good as we had a question about trash pickup that he took care of. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Will be back!

This house met all of our needs. The 7 bedrooms are all good sized and have en-suite bathrooms. The twin beds allowed the kids to bring a friend. We spent most of our time at home enjoying the pool and hanging around the deck. Location was perfect, never more than 30 minutes to the activity we chose for the day. We were able to communicate quickly with our host when needed. We will be looking at returning here in the future.

Very convenient to the parks

We love staying in this area because of the convenience to the parks. We were even able to easily leave the park and come home mid-day, returning a little later. We spent four days in the parks and enjoyed two delightful days resting by the pool. The spa was great and heated up quickly when we turned it on. We had a few problems (ice maker didn't work, leak in upstairs A/C unit set off smoke detector in the middle of the night, outdoor speakers didn't work), but they didn't adversely affect our stay, and we had no problem contacting the property manager. Overall the property was very comfortable for our family and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Family Disney Trip

Fantastic property. 4 King rooms and a Queen for couples all with attached bathrooms. 2 rooms with a pair of twins with a shared bathroom. Perfect for our family of 7 adults a 5 kids. Pool and patio areas was large with much larger patio area then surrounding homes. Hot tub was a hit every night after walking Disney all day. Location was excellent about mile south of 192 and only around 15 minutes to each park. Kitchen was good size and having both a living room and recreation room with TV and Pool table was great when adults wanted space from the kids. Wonderful stay. Would definitely rent again.

Mesa house

Great house, neighborhood and area. House was very clean when we got there, didn’t have to touch up anything which is not a usual experience with other VRBOs. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive, Target, groceries, gas, great restaurants, bike shops, coffee shops… Was able to run and bike from the house without having to drive anywhere. Within a mile of the house you can be on roads or trails, in the foothills of the mountains, with wide shoulders to run, hike and bike on. If you like to cook, bring a knife sharpener, kitchen knives were dull. Would definitely rent house again.

Basic rental

Large home with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a big group. Pool struggled to heat up and was quite cold on several days. Obviously families with children are renting and there were no pool toys, accessories or chair pads to be found. After asking to arrive two hours before check-in at 4pm ,I had to pay an additional fee of $120 USD. Far too many rules and threats of penalties, very unwelcoming and does not inspire repeat business. Basic rental would not recommend.
