Welcome to Goulburn Cottage - so central and perfectly set up to accommodate up to 6 guests in style and comfort with all the mod cons and thoughtful extras. Having undergone an immaculate renovation, the cottage is now luxurious with a nod to its past. Enjoy alfresco dining, two living areas, off-street gated parking and WiFi all only a few minutes walk from the Hobart CBD and great cafes nearby.
The Space:
Goulburn Cottage is an immaculately renovated historic property available to guests looking for a relaxing, convenient and comfortable base whilst exploring beautiful Hobart.
The cottage is deceptively large, with bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms feature Queen beds and the third is furnished with a Double bed. The master bedroom has access to an ensuite with bathtub for unwinding in after a busy day.
Goulburn Cottage features a galley kitchen which is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals to be served at either the breakfast bar or in the adjoining dining area.
The cottage enjoys two seperate living areas both with smart TVs for guests to access their own netflix accounts etc. One of the entertainment areas opens directly onto the large deck to enjoy outdoor dining when the weather is fine.
Car parking is inside the property, which is fully fenced and can be secured so little ones can play safely.
The European Laundry is equipped with a washer/dryer combo.
