We had a great stay. The accommodation was private, quiet and clean. We were central to a lot of shops and locations. Great value.

Beautifully appointed property with spacious living areas and bedrooms plus a fantastic covered balcony with nice views. Off street parking also nice.It's a short drive to Sandy Bay shops and eating places and not too far from the city and Salamnca Market. Overall a highly recommended place to stay.

Perfect Accommodation

Rare nowadays to find a property as good as the photos the owner posts but this property is quality all the way and is the perfect place to stay when in Hobart

This place is clean, close to Sandy Bay, the electric bikes from the city work all the way to the Villa, and the lounge room and outdoor entertaining space are bigger than you expect and more than adequate. The balcony/entertaining area gets lovely afternoon sun and has a view of both the mountain and the water. We've recommended this place to our friends.

Fabulous accomodation for my work trip

This property is amazing-I am a fashion Agent who conducted appointments from the property-very spacious,modern,everything you need,lovely view,next to a school but not noisy at all Great parking and an easy walk to the sandy bay shops Will be rebooking for my next work trip in September have stayed in alot of Stayz properties in Hobart by far the best -finally found the perfect place

Lovely Atmosphere

Spacious but not too big. Easy for wheelie walker person to move around in. Lovely view and the villa remained warm when it was cold outside. Parking area was a bit tricky to get into but we did have a bigger car. We would stay there again.

Fabulous, safe, quiet and most importantly…. Warm!

What a lovely week for Dark Mofo…. The property was in a quiet neighbourhood, (the school next door was yearly heard). It was very safe, clean, warm and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Thoroughly recommend.

Great location

The unit was a good size and in a great location. It was clean It had great appliances in the kitchen but no operating instructions and we found that difficult. And there were no frypans apart from an electric frypan. There was no bbq either which seems to be a standard these days and which we would have used given the lack of pans in the kitchen. Pantry doors were missing which seemed odd Otherwise it was comfortable and quiet

5 days in Hobart

New 3 bedroom unit with large living area and kitchen. Views of the harbor and Mt Wellington. Not quite walking distance to the main attractions but pretty close. Quiet area with very little traffic. It was school holidays though, and there is a school next door.

Great house at a great location!

Loved our stay in a great part of Hobart. The house was perfect for two families, all that we needed and with a lovely view. Shame the weather wasn’t a little warmer to enjoy the balcony!!
