Whitianga cottage

This is the second time we have stayed at the cottage which is spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom and kitchen. It is well equipped with thoughtful touches. It is handy to the estuary and the town centre of Whitianga and in a quiet location. We would book again.

Enjoyable family stay

Stayed at the property for the Easter long weekend. We found it very comfortable and convenient for access to the town centre. Would love to stay again in the future.

Lovely stay in Whitianga

Great little property for the two of us, had everything we needed and ideally situated. We would stay again. This was our first visit to Whitianga and we loved it.

Cute Bach

A cute wee bach with everything we needed in a quiet spot and an easy process to deal with Grant about arrival details etc. We enjoyed our stay in Whitianga and appreciated that we were within walking distance of the township, beach etc.

Comfy place in a handy situation

We enjoyed our time in this little Whitianga bach. It’s handy to town and amenities, and has a (mostly) quiet setting. (A Saturday rugby game made a bit of noise, but luckily we’re rugby fans 😉). The facilities were just what we needed for a 3 day stay in this great town.

Gem in Whitianga

What a beautifully clean and private little bach. So close to town and all the amenities. Lovely owners and neighbours. Everything you would need for a self contained holiday is provided. We will definitely be back!

Whitianga Ideal Little Holiday Home

Though I say little it is quite spacious for one or two maybe three people with sep. dle . bedroom, lounge that has a comfortable couch that turns into double bed, kitchen with breakfast bar and large bath room with a great shower And surrounding this a great pagoda/deck to enjoy the sun And walking distance shops etc yet still private I reccommend this 100%

There was no communication with the owner who worked next door until there were issues with the tv & washing machine.Lawns were very long & unkempt & the outlook was an old shack.Not returning or recommend this cottage.

PROPERTY: A cute little cottage at the rear of property that is only 5 mins walk from the town centre. We had everything we needed including Netflix and laundry facilities. It was clean, tidy and cosy. LOCATION AND THINGS TO DO: With almost water views we were just a short stroll from cafes, restaurants, shopping and visitor info centre. Restuarants were all great with a special mention for Stoked Public House. The weather wasn’t the best during our stay and we are Aussies so water temp too cold for swimming in September. Had a great day trip to Hot Water Beach (amazing) and a good walk to Cathedral Cove afterwards. Thoroughly enjoyed both. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. So relaxing and just what we needed. Host Grant was great too.

Birthday occasion

We had a comfortable stay. Only thing that annoyed my husband is that he couldn’t sleep while I sat in the lounge watching tv. The sound travelled over the open wall. (I had it down low too) other than that it was a very comfortable and cosy stay.

Small and lovely
