Homely

Home away from home. Cooking facilities good. Short distance to cafes, CBD , supermarket and takeaway. Enjoyed the walk along the beach to the jetty. Our host Lisa was very helpful and our privacy was ensured.

Beautiful location

Lovely place to stay, unit is clean and neat. Beautiful location, beach is just across the street. Would definitely go back for another stay. Highly recommend.

Spacious and comfortable

This property is on the ground floor. It is quite large with a separate bedroom, and even a laundry. Very clean. I appreciated an outdoor shower to clean sand off and an excellent area in the carport for drying clothes.The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, a convection microwave and a closed off pantry/storage area.The beach is right across the road from the beach. Perhaps be aware that it is quite a busy road and therefore noisy.

This property was absolutely spectacular and Lisa and Greg were fantastic hosts. The unit was impeccably clean and quiet with all of the essentials needed for our stay. Located right across the street from the beach, it was easily walkable for exploring into town or beach activities. Lisa and Greg were very friendly and provided restaurant recommendations as well as a little arrival gift to make our stay truly memorable. Would highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Whitianga.

Relaxing stay at fantastic location

Fantastic location across from the beach but close enough to walk into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a much needed family break, so easy. Friendly owners if seen but otherwise left us to enjoy our time.

Communication with Lisa was excellent, she resolved booking dates quickly & check in & our information was detailed & helpful. The flat was very clean & spacious across the road from the beach especially to enjoy at night. We made a mistake & informed Lisa about it, she was vey kind and understanding of our error. Great location

Lovely comfortable downstairs apartment, but you did get alot of noise from above. Could of had a couple of outdoor chairs to relax in but would still highly recommend it

Great stay

Our family had a lovely stay at this property. House was clean and tidy and equipped with more than anyone would ever need on holiday. Perfect location within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Absolute beachfront with a view over the bay that one never gets tired from. Very responsive host. Can definately recommend.

Gorgeous home with amazing view

We loved our stay in this spacious beachfront home. The house was very comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Hearing the waves at night was something special and we loved having our morning coffee on the large deck looking out to the ocean. The location is central, an easy walk into town to the shops, cafes and restaurants. Great communication with Lisa and an easy check in/check out process. Would highly recommend this wonderful home and we hope to book again!

Magic spot

We spent 7 nights there. Two families with children under 5. The house is great and the location was perfect, on the beach and away from town. The layout of the house was great for 2 families. The house is not really suited to really young kids (stairs and no gate to the road) but we managed. It was very hot. There was no aircon but the house is well ventilated and was always pleasant even when 30 degrees outside. The host was lovely and very responsive. We had a great stay, highly recommended.
