This luxury villa offers a full living area downstairs with large flat panel tv to enjoy a movie night after a relaxing day in the parks. No detail has been spared as the Owners have ensured that your every need is addressed from a fully equipped kitchen and modern furnishings throughout the home. Modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite work surfaces. The Garage now hosts a Games Room with a Pool table, Table Football and Air Hockey - so plenty of fun for everyone. 2023 Vacation

Amazing home with all the amenities our kids enjoyed the pool in the back! We have 13 people in our group plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other! A lot to do in the area as well! We plan to rebook for our next trip!

CHRISTMAS 23

The home was very nice, my 91 year old parents and 1 year old twins is the range of people that stayed in the home. Everyone loved the pool including the babies. Complaints are: no grab bars in the ground bathroom for older age guests, also no chair in the room to sit for dressing outside of the bed. The dishwasher was not cleaning well and the ice maker on the refridgerator would just spit out ice (strange). Overall the house was nice and we enjoyed it. It was a great holiday and with just a few changes, it would be even greater. The property manager Linda was great to work with and was very responsive to questions. Also there was a spider web found in the kitchen above the lights. Again this was a very nice home and would definitely recommend. There were 14 of us in the home. We had a great time.

Stay away...Needs a complete cleaning/remodel

This was aprox. our 15th stay with Verbo, and we have loved them all UNTIL this place, if this would have been our first, it would have been our last!!. Walls were filthy, paint peeling, shag carpets totally matted and extremly dirty, bedding was not clean(had to wash it before going to bed), had to wash every pot and pan food stuck on them, every plate/cup/glass was greasy, silverware dirty and only 3 tablespoons to eat with, the rest of us had to use tablespoons, refrigerater ice/water not working and shelves broken, light bulbs out, game room electrical outlets broken, but games plugged into them, yikes, no safety bars in showers or tubs, water heater allowed one person to get a quick 3 min hot shower the rest got lukewarm to cold showers, no covering over window lower level in master bathroom, caught neighbors who were about 10 feet away watching us from their windows, so had to put a covering over that, the dining room chairs were so oddly made that if you weighed more than 100 lbs, you didn't dare sit in them, or you would tip over backward, blinds at patio need replaced desperately, heavy large glass coffee table on main floor, glass not attached to legs, property was in Davenport not Kissimmee as advertised ....the pool was nice, the bed mattresses comfortable, a nice stove and microwave. The layout was great, but in desperate need of a complete renovation and cleaning.... we are not the picky spotless family, but this place was very unkept and filthy!!

Met our expectations

Property was clean and tidy and met our expectations as a substitute having been let down at short notice on our original booking through someone else. Would have preferred a more rural outlook but we're grateful we found this property at such short notice. Communication with the guy who dealt with the booking was superb

Great family vacation spot!

Spacious family home located in a resort style neighborhood. Home has its own private pool and a very cool Star Wars themed game room! You can take your pick of staying in and having all the amenities to keep the family entertained or taking a quick stroll to the club house and enjoy a large pool with slide and lazy river! Our New Year’s celebration was amazing! Something we’ll remember for years to come. Property managers were very responsive and very easy to work with. If there was an issue or a question, they were available via email through the app. We were equipped with towels, pool towels, plenty of dishes, cups and cookware. I would recommend bringing garbage bags, shower gels, additional paper towels and maybe salts & seasoning for cooking. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this place to friends.

Beautiful House lots of places to eat

We love the house and location. This is upcoming area so the cell phone signal is weak. The owner provides Internet but it is only strong in certain parts of the house. The property manager provided exceptional service and responded to my needs quickly. There are plenty of restaurants within mins of the house. Love it and when we return we would definitely stay here again.
