This property is an entertainer's dream, the fun starts from the moment you start driving to the cabin, you'll pass one of California's most beautiful scenic drives on the north shore. Big Bear Airport is seven miles away. The nearby lake offers a range of fishing (trout and bass) and other recreational possibilities. In winter the surrounding San Bernardino Mountains are ideal skiing grounds with two ski resorts. In summer, Bear Mountain is a favorite for bikers and golfers. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Everything you need to enjoy the perfect mountain vacation is available at North Shore Lakefront! July 4th fireworks show can be view from this property.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3,200+ sq ft home with floor to ceiling rock fireplace, living room, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining area, and plenty of comfortable seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Downstairs master suite has a king bed, fireplace, ceiling fan, deck access, and private bath with tub and shower. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, center island, stainless steel appliances, cooktop stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Loft game room has a pool table and an additional seating area with a sectional sofa. Smart TVs, Apple TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near one of the multiple cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Deck with plenty of patio furniture and beautiful lake views. Take your meals at the outdoor dining set to enjoy the views. This property has a natural gas barbecue for all your grilling needs. Fenced backyard overlooking the lake.

Great stay

It was my family's first time ever in big bear. We didn't know what to expect. The property had everything we needed. Now we know to packless for our next visit. Great view and the property is very peaceful. It's a great get away.

Never Again!!!!!

The property is gorgeous, but it is poorly taken care of. First off, our check in was at 4pm and we were not given the code to the door until 445. We were sitting outside the property waiting for over an hour with a 6 week old baby. The actual owners of the property showed up and got us the keys and keys is in but they somewhat invaded our privacy as they hung around the home for over an hour saying they needed to take photos and measurements. We discovered a good awful smell from the main down stairs bathroom. We could not figure out what it was but it smelled like something died. The next morning when we woke up, there were tons of ants on the kitchen counter in and around our food and snacks. After looking around in the cabinets this seemed to be a known problem as there was Raid ant and roach killer in the cabinets. My wife was unable to log on to work due to the wifi not working. We attempted to follow the directions to reset the router but it did not help. She lost 2 days of work because of this. My son got a pretty bad cut on his foot from some metal object sticking up out of the ground near the jacuzzi. It was a rusty, metal object cemented in the ground. The day we were departing, we were gathering all the bath towels and discovered that the smell in the bathroom we smelled since we arrived was 2 dead, bloody rats in traps behind the doors in the bathroom where the washer and dryer were. Not only was there a lot of interruptions and unsanitary situations on our stay, the house is not well equipped for the amount we paid for this property. It is a gorgeous property with a lot of potential. I honestly think it is poorly taken care of and is not properly cleaned in between guests.
