Enjoy your own, private backyard, a patio, and the 2 assigned private parking spots. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, in-house laundry (washer and dryer), and central AC and heating.
Minutes to trendy, buzzing Silverlake, Echo Park, DTLA, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Atwater Village for days and nights out, great restaurants, cafes and bars. Next to Glendale for the Glendale Galleria and Americana on Brand for all your shopping needs. Only 9 min from Griffith Park for hiking, picnics, and soaking up the view over LA. The 2 and 5 freeway are only 4 mins away, getting you to the beach or the mountains in no time - perfect for getting around and exploring a new part of LA every day!
There are also two dedicated work desks.
The backyard runs between the side of the house and the property fence which is towered by majestic trees. This means that the yard is fully hidden from view and private, for your use only.

Everything you could need and want is right there, shops, restaurants, cafes, vintage stores, boutiques, bowling, cinemas, galleries, gyms, yoga and pilates studios and a variation of grocery stores from Whole Foods, Lassens, Traders Joe's to Vons and Super King. The closeness saves a lot of time for enjoyable activities and relaxing in the gorgeous home on this quiet street.
