Nestled in the heart of the picturesque coastal community of Corona Del Mar, this charming bungalow exudes the classic charm of coastal living. With its prime location just a short walk to the Corona Del Mar State Beach as well as shops and restaurants. You will have access to sun, sand, and surf. This quaint vacation rental is the perfect escape.
The bungalow features two cozy bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind.
I have videos of how to use the ceiling fan, using the door codes and TV. I will send those upon request via text. I prefer to limit contact but I am always available via the Airbnb app or text.

This charming residential property is well-appointed with modern amenities, which include updated appliances, a laundry room, heating, and AIR conditioning. The layout comprises a central living area with an open floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The bungalow boasts two bedrooms which are designed to provide privacy and comfort. The two bedrooms, both thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. The serene and peaceful ambiance makes for a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. A single bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The living room offers a cozy place for relaxation. It has a large TV with streaming apps. There is no outdoor space for this property. With the beach just two blocks away, you can enjoy leisurely walks along the shore, watch stunning sunsets, or feel the sand between your toes at your convenience. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the charming CdM village. Explore local shops, dine at coastal restaurants, or sip on coffee at a nearby cafe.

1. The apartment is near neighbors and the other units in the building. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am. Any report of noise violation will be cause for a forfeit of deposit.
2. Keep doors and windows secure from intrusions. Do not leave valuable in front or on walkways.
3. The laundry room is a shared space. Owners are not responsible for any valuables lost or stolen from shared areas.
4. The garage is a shared space owner; is not responsible for anything lost or stolen from this common area. There one parking space in the garage for unit C. Please park on the left side of the garage. Garage is shared with Unit A.
5. There is a Ring doorbell on the property.
6. Owners are not responsible for items left at the property after check out. When possible, if shipping is paid by the Guest, owners will mail forgotten items.
7. Renter acknowledges that the rented property is not childproof. This property has stairs. In addition, the property may have plate glass windows or features; the Renter should not expect tempered or safety glass throughout the property. The safety of children, therefore, depends on Renter. Personal supervision is required to avoid the risk of severe injury and/or death. Renter agrees to assume full responsibility for all risks to any children, as well as visitors, in the rented property, including without limitation, bodily injury, accident, illness, paralysis, death, or loss of personal property to the fullest extent permitted by law, irrespective of any alleged negligence by the Owner.

We're a local family who loves the area and wanted to get into the vacation rental business to share our love of Corona Del Mar with others. We love to travel and set this home up as if it was somewhere we'd love to stay.

This one bedroom, one bath is the middle unit of the triplex on the ocean side of PCH. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a small dining area to enjoy meals. The windows and doors have all been replaced as well as new kitchen appliances and cabinets. We have made this apartment comfortable and relaxing with the decor and AC and heating window units. The property has a shared wall with Unit A and the laundry room. Neighbors are close. There is a small bistro set outside the front door. It provides a small area to relax outside.
