We've been heading to Laguna Beach every summer for a number of years now and this was a perfect place to stay. Great location. Easy Walk right into down town and the Festival and also very easy to walk to the beach even with chairs and an umbrella.Very comfortable house with a nice backyard and a big plus was the amazing aviary in the back. Can't tell you how cool all the birds were. They all had very distinct personalities and were very friendly and seemed to like people. The host was terrific and a wonderful person And they are right next door with the caged aviary separating the properties.I can't really Give it a higher recommendation. We really liked it.

Guests can’t ask for better accommodations. Our hosts, Lilly and Holly gave us great tips on finding the best beaches and optimum routes to where we wanted to go. The Cottage had all the amenities and more for our beach days. Everything is in walking distance too. I can’t recommend Seabreeze Cottage enough. Stellar!

Lovely spot

We really enjoyed our short time at the cottage. Lily was attentive and easy to work with for check in and check out. The cottage is cuter than the pics show and is updated beautifully. It was an excellent location. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great gem of a property

We stayed here with our 3 kids (4 6 and 8) and the house was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal - we could walk to beaches and restaurants and the grocery store - and the house itself was spotless and larger than we expected. We loved our stay! The owners were very responsive with any questions too.
