Vi har en icke-rökare Villa att erbjuda som personligen är inredda av ägarna så att du känner dig hemma med alla bekvämligheter i en utväg. Platsen är idealisk - precis vid Medano Beach, den säkraste och mest populära badstranden i hela Los Cabos. Simma i havet av Cortez eller en av tre pooler tillgängliga för våra gäster.

Vi erbjuder en övre nivå havsutsikt enhet som rymmer två-sex personer. Enheten kan hyras som ett sovrum, eller som en låsningsenhet med ett sovrum. Cabo erbjuder världsklass fiske, snorkling, dykning och golf. Några av världens bästa golfbanor ligger en kort bilresa från orten. Cabo Getaway

My wife and I have stayed at Villa La Estancia many times and know what to expect. Things that we love most that were evident in this home were : a very comfortable King bed with two full bathrooms, washer/dryer in home, full kitchen, great a/c, easy walking to downtown restaurants and bars, and lastly, a very large balcony with a fantastic view of the Arch and bay

Awesome view, location and property!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Great view, plenty of room and very clean. The staff at the Estancia were wonderful as well. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Loved the guards at the gate and beach. Grounds are very will maintained! Will definitely return!

Amazing Resort

We loved the hospitality of Villa La Estancia! The unit was incredibly spacious and the host was very responsive to our questions. The second bedroom did have a very musty odor that seemed to be coming from the AC vents. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Amazing

The property is everything we expected and more! Check in was effortless, the staff were friendly, the condo is clean and has everything you need, including safes, incredible storage, televisions in both bedrooms and the living room, a beautiful patio, lovely thick towels and much, much more! We enjoyed our time so much that we have booked the condo for our return in December. It is no wonder that reservations fill up so quickly for this condo! You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

The place was very nice and clean. Easy check in and out process. I have stayed at VRBO's before but haven't had the rooms cleaned every other day. That was nice. I would definitely stay at the resort again. The view was absolutely beautiful!

Great condo

The condo is great, very nice. It does need some of the little thing taken care of. No hair dryer or trash can in second bath, The second bedroom clock and lamp did not work. It could also use some better fry pans. But we thought it was excellent.

Beware of undisclosed charges...

The unit is clean, well appointed and offers a nice view of the bay. "Estancia" front gate does not inform the arriving guest there are THREE "Estancia" properties which have no affiliation with each other. If one happens to be dropped off at one of the two properties where the arriving guest has no reservation, the guest is simply told "Sorry, your name is not in our computer." No mention of, "try one of the other SEPARATE and DISTINCTLY OWNED properties at the premises. We spent nearly an hour thinking we had been defrauded by VRBO and these unit owners, before learning each property had its own computer and none of the computers were linked. In conclusion, be cautious of the advertised nightly rate (3X). The LODGING SVC TAX, the VALUE ADDED TAX and then, at check-out, the previously undisclosed DAILY SANITATION TAX is added to the bill...$$$ for a three-night stay. Using the 'new math' that turns a 3X nightly rate into a nightly rate of 5X. Caveat emptor. Finally, the property is aging.

We had the very best time in Cabo while staying at the villa la estancia! The resort was amazing, the condo was clean and beautiful with a breathtaking view! Definitely a 10/10 for us. We will be back!

Great stay

This was my first time in Cabo and we were very happy with our room and the resort. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with showers, which is convenient. The unit is older but with quality materials that hold up and still look good. Mattresses were ok, pillows were horrible. Regarding the resort, the staff are extremely helpful and respond to requests very quickly. The bad-September is low season, construction was going on all around the resort, everyday, from 9-5. It was loud but we got used to it. I did have to contact the owner with a couple of questions and she responded within 30 minutes and cleared up my concerns immediately. I would recommend this unit and resort and would return again.

First trip to Cabo

Everyone in our group loved everything about Villa la Estancia. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us plus 2yr old to relax, play & be comfortable. The location is perfect, you are close to everything yet the resort itself feels a world apart when you step in. It’s not a loud party vibe like the others and the pools are perfectly positioned to enjoy Cabo’s beautiful views. We truly enjoyed eating & drinking at the pool bar. The view from the enormous balcony was picturesque. We can’t wait to return!

Best place to stay in Cabo

This is our 3rd visit to Villa estancia and 2nd visit to this unit. We love the layout perfect for us with young adult children. Always clean and stocked with basic necessities. We always try to bbq at least one day on the huge patio overlooking the pool and ocean. It’s truly gorgeous here. The resort and unit never disappoints. Thank you again for a fabulous stay.

Cabo family vacation

The Villa Estancia is a quality property, with spacious condos, and excellent adjacent beaches. The condo is showing some wear and tear. Our first day there, the living area bathroom handle fell off. We had someone come up to fix it, but it fell off again the same day. None of the DVD players would work, and the TV remote controls had dead batteries, so didn't function well. It was also difficult to obtain a comfortable temperature in the master bedroom, as it was either too hot or freezing cold, with those extremes occurring from only adjusting the temperature between 65 and 70. We mostly enjoyed our stay, but the maintenance and upkeep of the condo could use a step up.

Beautiful resort, unit needs some updates

I absolutely love the Estancia resort and can't wait to return. This unit we rented was nice enough and clean, though it could use some simple updates to make it even better. I suspect the owners haven't actually stayed there themselves in awhile because they surely would want to make some improvements. Here is what we noted: - Need smart TVs so we can access Netflix, Hulu, etc. This would make up for the minimal cable options with only about three English-speaking channels. And note: One of the Mexican TV stations converts to a porn channel at 10pm!!! - The kitchen rug is old and stained and needs to be replaced. It slips around on the floor (unsafe) and it appears someone tried to tape it down at some point. The rug in the living room also looks ragged and dirty. - Shower heads are old and don't work well. Bathrooms could use some extra hooks on the wall for towels. Only available hooks are 10 steps across the bathroom. - There are FIVE coffee makers in the pantry, but only one has a carafe. It's a cheap Proctor Silex that gets the job done, but it appears to have been used heavily over the years as the parts are loose. - The dining chairs and patio chairs are HARD. No cushions, which made it really uncomfortable to sit around and visit. There are also two lounge chairs on the balcony without cushions. We noticed most other units had cushions on their outdoor furniture. - I had to buy Windex because none was provided and there was no other way to effectively clean the glass dining table. Also, no broom or wine opener available. - We didn't realize the second bedroom is not directly connected to the main unit. It requires a key to access and the door cannot be left open because there is an entryway between them that has only an iron gate so anyone could see through. This is a design flaw by the resort. Had I been traveling with young kids, this would have been a big concern. But if traveling with other adults, the extra privacy could be nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Just expected to be blown away by the condo and were left feeling a little underwhelmed. I never received any communication from the owner and would have appreciated some kind of personal communication. I didn't reach out since these issues couldn't really be rectified during our stay. I did note that other reviewers mentioned some of these issues previously and they still haven't been addressed. The resort is truly lovely, though!

My husband and I (Gary and Sharla) love Cabo San Lucas. The weather is always perfect, the ocean is exquisite and the people are genuine. We got married on the beach, in front of 'Villa La Estancia', in 2003 and we never wanted to leave. We now live 6 months out of the year in Cabo and hopefully soon it will be permanent. We want people to enjoy Cabo as we do.

Cabo is one of the most beautiful places in Mexico/Bcs and has the best weather in ALL of Mexico. Medano Beach is the most magnificent beach on the entire Baja Peninsula. My husband and I have been coming to Cabo for 25 years
and we both fell in love with the beautiful beaches, perfect weather and the wonderful people...and don't forget the great food.

There is so much to do while you are in Cabo San Lucas from laying on the beach drinking a margarita or cerveza to going to the art walk and enjoying local artist and drinking wine and eating great food. Cabo is a fantastic place with so much to do...snorkling, scub diving, golfing (pro courses), zipline, swimming with the dolphins, ATVing, whale watching, road trips to the water falls or great little mexican towns and most of all eating great food and drinking the best tequila.
