Oceanview lyx, två sovrum, tre fulla bad condos med alla bekvämligheter i ett femstjärnigt hotell men alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Vi har en icke-rökare Villa att erbjuda som personligen är inredda av ägarna så att du känner dig hemma med alla bekvämligheter i en utväg. Platsen är idealisk - precis vid Medano Beach, den säkraste och mest populära badstranden i hela Los Cabos. Simma i havet av Cortez eller en av tre pooler tillgängliga för våra gäster.

Vi erbjuder en övre nivå havsutsikt enhet som rymmer två-sex personer. Enheten kan hyras som ett sovrum, eller som en låsningsenhet med ett sovrum. Sviterna är idealiska för två personer i king size-sängen, men rymmer fyra mer i det andra sovrummet. De rymliga mästerbaden har en jacuzzi badkar, dusch, dubbla handfat och sminkområde.

Dessa 2200 kvadratmeter två sovrum, tre bad condos har ett sovrum med en king size-säng, bekväm sittgrupp med överbelastade stolar, skrivbord, Master Bath med bubbelbadkar, dusch, dubbla handfat och sminkområde. Det andra sovrummet har två queen size-sängar och ett privat badrum. Båda enheterna är utrustade med Google-telefoner i sovrummet som erbjuder gratis samtal över hela USA och gratis wifi. Cabo erbjuder världsklass fiske, snorkling, dykning och golf. Några av världens bästa golfbanor ligger en kort bilresa från orten. Our stay at this villa was great! Check-in was easy and quick and the staff was welcoming and friendly. This specific villa has a beautiful view. It is spacious and we were able to cook breakfast in their full size kitchen. One thing we couldn’t find was a big bowl for mixing the pancake mix or eggs, but we managed with the smaller bowls. It has a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The pool was great and we were able enjoy it without it being overcrowded. There is a poolside bar/restaurant, so it’s very convenient to have some lunch and drinks while at the pool. The beach is very accessible and clean. They bring chairs and umbrellas for you. We had dinner at La Casona on our first night there and it was delicious! We were the only group there but service was top notch. One issue we encountered were with the TVs. The one in the living room and main bedroom kept glitching with the signal, so we were not able to watch any tv on our downtime in the villa due to this. The tv in the other room was stuck in the same channel the entire time and we were not able to change it. We contacted the front desk when we arrived on the first day to let them know if the issue. The sent a technician right away, but he could not fix the issue as it had to do with the tv’s being too old. The owner was called and made aware of the issue but nothing was resolved while we were there. Also, we thought we would be getting a mid-stay clean but they never came. Overall, we had a great time!

Wonderful trip

Great property! This had the perfect combination of all the things we were looking for - a great and clean condo, both of which the unit and the building are in great condition and well kept, the perfect distance to town and a beach bars, with fantastic views. I’m certain we will return for another stay here.

Amazing view from the balcony

The view was great. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying breakfast, playing cards and sipping wine. For most people this would not be an issue but the kitchen was not well equipped for preparing food, but 100% for drinking! Would definitely stay here again! Communication was also fantastic.

Beautiful property with great location

Our annual guys trip has stayed at Villa Estancia several times over the years and will stay there again. Easy cab ride to town and short walk on beach to food and drinks. Service/staff at property are fantastic ! To owner/manager I'd suggest adding more mixing/serving bowls to kitchen. Scrambling eggs in a stock pot is doable but not ideal. Overall, great unit ! Look forward to returning next year

Cabo stay with family

This place is gorgeous - tons of restaurants close by, you can walk to the marina, and the beach is beautiful. We would stay here again.

Cabo Getaway

My wife and I have stayed at Villa La Estancia many times and know what to expect. Things that we love most that were evident in this home were : a very comfortable King bed with two full bathrooms, washer/dryer in home, full kitchen, great a/c, easy walking to downtown restaurants and bars, and lastly, a very large balcony with a fantastic view of the Arch and bay

Awesome view, location and property!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Great view, plenty of room and very clean. The staff at the Estancia were wonderful as well. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Loved the guards at the gate and beach. Grounds are very will maintained! Will definitely return!

Amazing Resort

We loved the hospitality of Villa La Estancia! The unit was incredibly spacious and the host was very responsive to our questions. The second bedroom did have a very musty odor that seemed to be coming from the AC vents. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Villa La Estancia - Cabo

Afternoon sun on the lovely patio is a highlight of the unit. Full kitchen is great. Recommendation: It would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner provided for the price of rental. Thank you!

Amazing

The property is everything we expected and more! Check in was effortless, the staff were friendly, the condo is clean and has everything you need, including safes, incredible storage, televisions in both bedrooms and the living room, a beautiful patio, lovely thick towels and much, much more! We enjoyed our time so much that we have booked the condo for our return in December. It is no wonder that reservations fill up so quickly for this condo! You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

Beautiful View

The place was very nice and clean. Easy check in and out process. I have stayed at VRBO's before but haven't had the rooms cleaned every other day. That was nice. I would definitely stay at the resort again. The view was absolutely beautiful!

Great condo

The condo is great, very nice. It does need some of the little thing taken care of. No hair dryer or trash can in second bath, The second bedroom clock and lamp did not work. It could also use some better fry pans. But we thought it was excellent.

My husband and I (Gary and Sharla) love Cabo San Lucas. The weather is always perfect, the ocean is exquisite and the people are genuine. We got married on the beach, in front of 'Villa La Estancia', in 2003 and we never wanted to leave. We now live 6 months out of the year in Cabo and hopefully soon it will be permanent. We want people to enjoy Cabo as we do.

Cabo is one of the most beautiful places in Mexico/Bcs and has the best weather in ALL of Mexico. Medano Beach is the most magnificent beach on the entire Baja Peninsula. My husband and I have been coming to Cabo for 25 years
and we both fell in love with the beautiful beaches, perfect weather and the wonderful people...and don't forget the great food.

There is so much to do while you are in Cabo San Lucas from laying on the beach drinking a margarita or cerveza to going to the art walk and enjoying local artist and drinking wine and eating great food. Cabo is a fantastic place with so much to do...snorkling, scub diving, golfing (pro courses), zipline, swimming with the dolphins, ATVing, whale watching, road trips to the water falls or great little mexican towns and most of all eating great food and drinking the best tequila.
