Great family and friends stay

Beautiful property, spacious, comfortable beds and sofas and plenty of kitchen supplies. The private concierge was very helpful and the resort had everything you need.

Perfect Property. Great Management!

This property is in a perfect location, extremely well maintained, with n exceptional pool, access to the beach, and the staff is wonderful! Coming to Cabo & Cancun for 20 years this is the absolute best property of this type I've stayed at. The owner Don is responsive, organized, and on top of his game :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything thing was clean and beautiful and the staff were kind, friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were amazing and had everything you needed and more. We would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing getaway

This condo had everything we needed and wanted for 3 relaxing days. We enjoyed using the weight room and of course the pools. The property is close enough to walk to the beach restaurants such as Tabascos and Las Cascadas. The condos furnishings are lovely , even better than the pictures !!

Cabo vacation

We had a great time staying at Villa La Estancia #1205. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. With grown kids we tend to make meals such as breakfast and some lunches and dinners in the villa so we found the kitchen to be well appointed. The décor was tasteful and relaxing. The resort was great as always -I actually found the staff more helpful than my last visit to this resort. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Oceanview

3 friends and I rented Dons unit for my birthday. It has an amazing view of the ocean and a huge deck to sit and relax. The pool was very nice with a swim up bar. Short water taxi to downtown. Unit was very big & well stocked.

Memorable Stay at Beautiful Villa 1205

We had a ladies weekend getaway in Cabo and picked this place due to the location and photos. This did not disappoint. Every one of us loved the condo. It was clean, plenty of space and very comfortable for the four of us. The resort was perfect, with so many amenities available. The security was great and felt safe the whole time. Also within 15-20 minute walk to the town, marina, shopping. Communication with Don was top notch. Couldn't recommend this place enough. We will be back. Thanks for the memories Beautiful Villa 1205.

Excellent holiday

What a lovely week our group of 4 had at villa 1205. Wonderful weather, condo just as described, and perfect for two couples (lots of room and privacy). I have never stayed at a condo that had the amenities of a resort, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Very kind, attentive staff, beautiful pool and great service. Easy to get around, we did an outing every morning and then headed back to pool side where it was easy to spend the afternoon. Don was great to work with, and gets back to you quickly. Basically a perfect vacation spot.

The Villa was amazing!!

The villa is amazing!!! It is located in one of the nicest properties in Cabo.. $9 cab ride to downtown or walking distance if you are up to it This was our first trip to Mexico and we felt so safe at the resort. Here are a few tips for those traveling on a budget. The resort food and drinks are spendy as they should be, because of the amazing resort...Go to Costco and meal plan. The staff is so attentive and if that is your thing you will want for nothing but be prepared to tip.. Would stay here again Don is an amazing host...

Perfect for Family

The property and hospitality is top notch. Beach access is perfect. You can get whatever you need through concierge and on the beach for activities. If you are coming down during covid restrictions, keep in mind you will want to schedule your apt when you check in and it does cost per person (a little different than the states), however the testing process is easy. Don was available to address any issues or concerns. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect- Highly Recommend!!

We had an amazing experience at this villa! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative—always quick to respond and super helpful with any questions we had. Everything was exactly as advertised (if not better). The villa itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.What really stood out were the people—everyone at the resort was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The resort is stunning: immaculately clean, with a gorgeous swim-up bar, and located right on the ocean. It truly felt like a luxury getaway.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

Great unit in a great resort.

We have stayed at Estancia for years so we are fairly familiar with the resort. Don (the host) was an excellent host and provided us with all of the information we needed well before our arrival date so we felt comfortable our place was guaranteed. Don also provided us with a good list of local restaurants and made sure he was available in case there were any issues (there weren’t). Most of the units at Estancia are individually owned so there’s some variation amongst the units. This unit has a very well-equipped kitchen so if you are making drinks or snacks or even a big dinner, you’re probably covered. Beautiful deck, too, with lots of greenery! Thanks, Don! We’ll be back.

No chemicals in the Pool - The resort has its own desalination plant! The water in the Villa and pools are crystal clear and clean. The Views are the best and the concierge service will take care of anything you need including all activities. There are 2 spas, one is very near Beautiful Villa # 1205 and the other is a short walk for 35,000 sq ft of full spa amenities and fitness!
There is a market for groceries on the resort grounds as well as its own video rental store, ice cream and deli! The Pools are incredible and there are dinner shows next door. All water sports are outside your door on the beach and the dining is spectacular at the resorts or in town a few minutes away. Beautiful Villa # 1205 comes with one extra benefit... The best service you can expect direct from the owner. You will have my cell phone and be very closely communicated with as you prepare to go on your vacation.
