Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed staying at Ocean View Villa at a 5 star Resort/Spa on Medano Beach. This was our first time to Cabo and it was wonderful. We were wowed with the condo amenities and space, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the grounds/pool were gorgeous. I highly recommend booking this property!

Loved it

This was a perfect location and condo for our family of four. We had tons of space, loved the kitchen and balcony. The view is wonderful, the location is perfect, beach amazing and we loved the pool and having hotel amenities while the convenience and space of a condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

Great property in perfect location. From the hotel staff and waiters to the sales guys on the beach, everyone is so friendly and lovely to talk to. Great beds/kitchen, restaurants on property were tasty and the market is such a nice amenity. Beach and pool were great. Definitely would return.

Great getaway.

Almost all positives for this Villa. Perfect location and view. Great resort. Grill did not have gas so after prompt response from owner we called the front desk. They never came to refill but there were enough dining choices on property that we didn’t push the issue further.

Fantastic Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The setup was perfect, making the space feel open and roomy. The view was incredible, and the beds and bedding were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The master bedroom and bathroom were especially spacious! We also appreciated only having to climb one flight of stairs to reach our room—no long waits for an elevator. The resort and beachfront were beautiful.The communication was excellent, and they even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed, which was a wonderful touch.Keep in mind, this is a fairly quiet resort—there’s no music at the pool. We spent most of our time on the beach and loved being able to swim in the ocean. We brought a speaker and a cooler, which made for a great beach day. Plenty of beach chairs were available, which was a huge plus!We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything You Could Ask For!

This is a fantastic rental! The residence is very spacious and clean, has all the furnishings you need, feels luxurious, and the view is wonderful. The resort is beautiful and well kept, a short ride to marina, and the staff is very friendly, available, and helpful. I highly recommend!

Christmas in Cabo

This is the most perfect Villa. The view is spectacular and the balcony is well furnished. The beds were super comfortable and the place is very clean and well stocked. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at your condo! Every need was provided for! Great beds, abundant towels and amenities! Thank you for helping us make memories! (something to think about: our elderly mom slipped in the shower. She's OK. Might look into getting some hand rails installed)

Excellent stay at Villa La Estancia

Highly recommend this resort and the 2 bedroom, 3 full bath Villa we stayed in. Great view of Bay of Cortez from the expansive porch from the center of the resort. James was very responsive and sent over his property manager to resolve issues with the coffee maker and toaster on the first day! This is the second time we have stayed here and will surely book again in the future.

Amazing suite, responsive host

VRBO host always texted me right back when I had questions. Suite had spectacular view of ocean and arch. Suite was larger and nicer than appeared in photos. Whole family could've slept on the balcony alone it was so big. And great having the bedrooms separated by the living room. Wonderful service at the resort, too.

Wonderful spot on Medano beach

Fantastic place on Medano Beach. We spent most days on the beach side loungers and enjoyed playing in the ocean and sipping cocktails. Just a short walk away on the beach are a few restaurants as well as any water sports you are interested in. The room itself was incredibly spacious with big comfortable beds and bathrooms. The patio was huge and we enjoyed sitting out here most nights. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer as well as detergent/shampoo/conditioner/body wash for us to use. We highly recommend this property and would definitely book this again.

Lovely!

Beautiful property and unit. Even better than the pictures. Tons of space, and everything you need in unit for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the toiletries, pantry items, and various puzzles/games available. The kids were thrilled to find some beach/pool toys in the closet. In-room laundry (with detergent already stocked) was great as well. The outdoor balcony is HUGE with plenty of seating and loungers for napping. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Amazing all around but SO expensive to eat and drink

This property is incredible. Service is amazing, friendly and very attentive. Beautiful pool and lovely beach (despite all the vendors and their incessant peddling). Food is decent and SHOCKINGLY overpriced. And I mean SHOCKINGLY. Bella California was our favorite of the 5-ish restaurants in the complex. Our best meals were in town, which we took short cab rides to. Las Guacamayas is a great place to check out. If we came back for a special occasion, we would definitely stock up at Costco and limit our meals and drinks out.

We loved everything about the Villa at La Estancia. The Villa is beautiful and the deck area is amazing with the furniture and the view! Everything is so clean. There are a lot of extras as described. The swimming pool with the swim up bar was nice. The beach is also very clean. The location is perfect! I loved the spa and my husband enjoyed the gym. James had a lot of information to get us started. He was quick to answer all of our questions prior to our stay and also during our stay. I would definitely recommend this Villa and resort. I will say this is one of our top vacations and we will be going back!

Amazing Cabo stay!

We stayed for a week in this unit with our 2 teenage daughters, and the size and set up could not have been more perfect. This well appointed condo came with a fully stocked kitchen, walk-in pantry with basic spices on hand, and a comfortable family room that leads to an enormous deck. Many evenings were spent lounging or enjoying a quiet dinner on the patio. The bathrooms were also fully stocked with toiletries, and shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower. The location of the unit is superb as well. It's convenient being only one floor up and not having to wait for any elevators. It also gave us easy access to the pool, the market, and adjacent properties if needed. We enjoyed the 20 beach walk to restaurants or a 5 minute cab into town (easily walkable along the street as well). The resort staff were all very attentive as well! Overall, this unit was wonderful, and we look forward to coming back here on our next vacation in Cabo!

We have been traveling to Cabo for many years. We fell in love with the culture, people, food, climate and warmth of everyone we meet. We loved it so much we invested in the Estancia property. We have four sons and they look forward to every trip.

Estancia is amazing. Everything you need is there (spa, pool, beach, sport courts, golf nearby, shops, restaurants on premise and even better a short walk to the marina and other local areas with incredible food / entertainment. The gardens and property are immaculately maintained. You truly feel your cares float away when relaxing at the Estancia. The staff is bar none the most caring and accommodating.

Location, location, location. Enjoy the serenity of the resort or head to downtown for the action. Security is amazing. They will help you with anything you need. We easily walk and feel safe. Or, taxi / Uber is a ring away.
