Christmas in Cabo

This is the most perfect Villa. The view is spectacular and the balcony is well furnished. The beds were super comfortable and the place is very clean and well stocked. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent stay at Villa La Estancia

Highly recommend this resort and the 2 bedroom, 3 full bath Villa we stayed in. Great view of Bay of Cortez from the expansive porch from the center of the resort. James was very responsive and sent over his property manager to resolve issues with the coffee maker and toaster on the first day! This is the second time we have stayed here and will surely book again in the future.

Great condo! Great location on property near lobby - very convenient with wonderful view - big patio! The resort is beautiful Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and great amenities. We didn’t have to bring anything Gym and spa were phenomenal. They have everything you need. I couldn't recommend more.

Lovely!

Beautiful property and unit. Even better than the pictures. Tons of space, and everything you need in unit for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the toiletries, pantry items, and various puzzles/games available. The kids were thrilled to find some beach/pool toys in the closet. In-room laundry (with detergent already stocked) was great as well. The outdoor balcony is HUGE with plenty of seating and loungers for napping. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Best Location and Property in Cabo San Lucas

This is our second time at the Villa La Estancia and at this specific property/condo. We were so pleased with the experience last time we came back a second time for our annual trip. The place is spotless with everything you could possibly need (above and beyond what most owners provide) including full-size bath amenities, washing soap, beach toys, a well-equipped kitchen, etc. The location is stunning, we used all amenities (the gym, steam rooms, etc.), and the service/communication was outstanding from the resort staff as well as the owner. We choose to cook in quite a bit and/or walk or uber into town. While the restaurants at the resort are nice, they are expensive so we used our money more for in-town dining experiences. I am sure we will be rebooking again next year. I have been coming to Cabo since I was a kid and this by far is one of the best places I have stayed.

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed staying at Ocean View Villa at a 5 star Resort/Spa on Medano Beach. This was our first time to Cabo and it was wonderful. We were wowed with the condo amenities and space, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the grounds/pool were gorgeous. I highly recommend booking this property!

Loved it

This was a perfect location and condo for our family of four. We had tons of space, loved the kitchen and balcony. The view is wonderful, the location is perfect, beach amazing and we loved the pool and having hotel amenities while the convenience and space of a condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The setup was perfect, making the space feel open and roomy. The view was incredible, and the beds and bedding were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The master bedroom and bathroom were especially spacious! We also appreciated only having to climb one flight of stairs to reach our room—no long waits for an elevator. The resort and beachfront were beautiful.The communication was excellent, and they even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed, which was a wonderful touch.Keep in mind, this is a fairly quiet resort—there’s no music at the pool. We spent most of our time on the beach and loved being able to swim in the ocean. We brought a speaker and a cooler, which made for a great beach day. Plenty of beach chairs were available, which was a huge plus!We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic

Great property in perfect location. From the hotel staff and waiters to the sales guys on the beach, everyone is so friendly and lovely to talk to. Great beds/kitchen, restaurants on property were tasty and the market is such a nice amenity. Beach and pool were great. Definitely would return.

Great getaway.

Almost all positives for this Villa. Perfect location and view. Great resort. Grill did not have gas so after prompt response from owner we called the front desk. They never came to refill but there were enough dining choices on property that we didn’t push the issue further.

Family Vacation

The location of this condo is awesome, it was clean and the people working there were great! My complaint comes from reaching out to the host and never receiving a response, I had to reach out to VRBO customer service to get my questions answered. What was really was upsetting is arriving to the condo, being exhausted, and having to wait about 45 minutes because they could not verify our reservations, the booking confirmation number was not something they could verify. This is something that should not happen, it should have been a smooth transition and it was not. The host had to be called to verify. Good thing he was responsive then.

Fabulous stay and super clean accommodations. There was an issue with one of the comforters but it was resolved immediately. The hotel staff always greets you with sincerity whenever you encounter them on the property, and they go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Villa is just like the pictures and absolutely beautiful! The property Mgr was very responsive from the beginning and provided great information for first time visitors! We would definitely return.

Everything You Could Ask For!

This is a fantastic rental! The residence is very spacious and clean, has all the furnishings you need, feels luxurious, and the view is wonderful. The resort is beautiful and well kept, a short ride to marina, and the staff is very friendly, available, and helpful. I highly recommend!

Nice property, poor communication

Overall the property was nice and had all of the amenities we needed. However, had I not emailed the property manager the day before we were scheduled to arrive I am not sure we would have had a place to stay. I emailed the property manager the day before our arrival asking if there was anything else he needed from us only to get a response saying that he had forgotten to get confirmation from the property. Ultimately we did receive confirmation as we landed in Cabo. With this confirmation was a document outlining everything provided at the villa we were staying in. That information would have been very useful prior to us departing and would have certainly modified our packing for the trip. Also, the room we were confirmed in was not the room we were given upon arrival at the property and we were never given an explanation as to why. Additionally, we were told that housekeeping would come every other day and they did not come once during our 6 day stay. In fact, I had to call and request that our garbage be collected, so I placed the trash outside of our room and called the front desk to have it removed. As I said, the property was nice, but the organization and communication leading up to our arrival left something to be desired.

First-Time Cabo Experience Exceeds Expectations

Our first time to Cabo left us wanting more! The property and its unit surpassed our expectations, offering impeccable service from the attentive staff and a stunning, spacious living space. The property owners truly go the extra mile to ensure a seamless stay, from the well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities to the thoughtful provision of toiletries. The pay-it-forward shelf was a lovely touch, adding to the community spirit. Our children, aged 15 and 11, quickly found companions among other kids their age, enhancing their experience. The expansive balcony provided ample seating options and a convenient gas grill for enjoyable outdoor gatherings. The town of Cabo was conveniently close to the unit, easily accessible by foot and incredibly safe, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. While our overall experience was exceptional, a few minor inconveniences due to the timing of our visit during Easter week. The gym was often overcrowded, and securing beach chairs required an early morning stakeout. However, these issues were unrelated to the unit itself. Despite these minor drawbacks, we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We have been traveling to Cabo for many years. We fell in love with the culture, people, food, climate and warmth of everyone we meet. We loved it so much we invested in the Estancia property. We have four sons and they look forward to every trip.

Estancia is amazing. Everything you need is there (spa, pool, beach, sport courts, golf nearby, shops, restaurants on premise and even better a short walk to the marina and other local areas with incredible food / entertainment. The gardens and property are immaculately maintained. You truly feel your cares float away when relaxing at the Estancia. The staff is bar none the most caring and accommodating.

Location, location, location. Enjoy the serenity of the resort or head to downtown for the action. Security is amazing. They will help you with anything you need. We easily walk and feel safe. Or, taxi / Uber is a ring away.
