The open-plan living area invites relaxation, featuring a comfortable lounge, ample seating, and a smart TVâperfect for unwinding. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, while the sea breeze keeps the room cool and fresh, offering glimpses of the surrounding bushland for a tranquil ambiance.
Outside, enjoy the private pool
(SPA NOT IN USE), or dine al fresco on the deck with a BBQ. The delightful, fully equipped outdoor shower near the pool is perfect for rinsing off after a swim or enjoying an outdoor refresh. With two spacious decks and a fully enclosed yard, thereâs plenty of room to relax and soak in the refreshing sea breeze. The property is air-conditioned with a split system and ceiling fans throughout, ensuring year-round comfort. Off-street parking for two cars adds further convenience.
