Be just steps away from La Jollaâs quieter Windansea beach when you stay at this beautiful newly renovated surf nest decorated in a boho mid century beach theme. Spend the day at the beach, just two blocks away, or at the homeâs private pool. In addition to being just 2 blocks from the beach, youâll be close walking distance to La Jolla and Bird Rock restaurants, coffee, cafes, shops, and a Sunday morning Farmerâs Market. There are also nearby trails, caves, and seals to check out.
The one story home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom with king size bed opens out to the pool. Another bedroom, with queen size bed, looks at a private patio. Third bedroom offers twin bunk bed plus trundle rollout twin, to sleep 3 separately, and opens to its own private patio.
The main living areas include a spacious living room with plenty of seating and a large flat screen tv. Dining room includes a large table with seating for six and a fireplace. Desk and chair and extra rolling computer tray are available for remote workers. Living and dining areas walk out to a private patio with pool, outdoor dining table and chairs, barbecue grill, and fireplace.
The newly updated kitchen offers all appliances including stove, oven, microwave oven, filtered water, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, coffee maker, dishwasher, and many pots, pans, utensils, cooking and pantries supplies you may need.
The home is equipped with extra linens, towels, beach towels, and beach umbrella. It is also stocked with toiletries and a hair dryer. As well as cards, games, puzzles, books, and DVD movies. The laundry room is available with a washing machine, dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board.
Fir those traveling with babies, we have a new Graco pack-n-play with sheets, that also has a bassinet feature for younger babies.
Three parking spots are provided and plenty of parking in front.
Things you should know:
- Like most coastal homes, this home does not have air conditioning. Rooms have quiet high speed ceiling fans for extra breeze if needed. The house has heat.
- The pool is not heated
- No smoking in or on property.
- There are 3 steps to enter the property. There is 1 step into a shower. Which might not make the home suitable for everyone.
- Pet friendly fenced in yard
- Quieter neighborhood suitable for quieter guests. Excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties are not allowed.
