Newly renovated 3/2.5 home overlooking Mission Bay. Located in a quiet neighborhood central to all the attractions San Diego offers. The one story open floorplan is perfect for friends and families whishing to spend quality time together.

The newly remodeled stadium kitchen is a true chef's delight with state of the art ovens offering steam, convection and pizza options. A 6 burner Thermador gas cooktop with true simmer. Kitchen also has a well stocked condiments and spices. On the opposite end of the open great room is a full size wet bar to inspire any mixologist.

Retractable glass door spans almost entirely across the rear of the home spilling out to the covered patio and huge deck. Endless opportunities to enjoy the bay views, Sea World fireworks (seasonal) and hilltop breezes can be had from every common area as well as the master bedroom.

Host is long time San Diego resident the lives in the house part of the year and is willing to offer tips and suggestions to help you experience the best of 'Americas Finest City'.

The asthetic of the interior couldn't be beat! Loved the artwork and furnishings. Wall of glass opening to the extensive outdoor area w/ great views & fresh air. Our party of 3 used the home lightly, primarily enjoying our R&R in the main area. Location was great for us; easy drive to many local areas. Owner was easy to work w/ from booking to check out.

Beautiful home

Fully furnished and great for our group of six. Loved the artwork and homelike feeling. The back deck is wonderful for watching Sea World fireworks. Neighborhood felt quiet and safe.

Great House in San Diego

My husband, teens, and in-laws enjoyed this house and its wonderful location. Would definitely rent again if in the area. The owner was very accommodating and was great communicating with us.

Wonderful Stay

This property was just as good if not better than advertised. it is in a great location, just a 5-10 minute drive from pretty much everything. Wonderful view off the back patio, very clean and inviting and has pretty much anything you would need to vacation comfortably. If/when we come back to SD this is a place I would be more than willing to stay!

Great central location for our sightseeing of San Diego & La Jolla locations. Short drives to both.

House has a nice open floor plan, with lots of light, and good views of Mission Bay from the hills. Well equipped kitchen and great appliances for cooking some meals in as we diid, with the exception of no microwave.

The house was gorgeous with an amazing view of the Mission Bay. Sun rise and sun set were phenomenal with hummingbirds buzzing all around. This was a great house to have family over to celebrate. More than enough seating for everyone, and with opening the back door/windowswe all were able to enjoy the view.

Great stay, great location!

We are a family of 7 on our first trip to San Diego. We LOVED the Bay Ho neighborhood for easy proximity to La Jolla, downtown San Diego, and Coronado. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The house was perfect for us and the deck outside was spacious with an amazing view! Our kids loved that they could see the Sea World sky tower lit up like a christmas tree each night!

Beautiful, spacious home with a stunning view

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The open floor plan is very spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. Comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms, and the shower in the master bath is amazing! Our favorite part was the deck with views of the bay. Perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or enjoying a meal al fresco. Highly recommend this property!

Family get together

We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed. The neighborhood location was convenient, too! I would have preferred a bit more room for our belongings. The biggest issue was a lack of space in the pantry to put food. It was full of their food items and kitchen equipment. Beds were very comfortable!

Fantastic Family House!

I brought 3 seniors down to hang with great grandkids over the holidays. The single level fp was ideal and the open living space was perfect when my cuz brought the Littles over! Ron and son were quick to communicate when we had a ? and the nightly fireworks from Sea World were spectacular!

Perfect location to enjoy San Diego

We spent six nights at this comfortable and well appointed home. It was only 20 minutes to anywhere you wanted to go in the town. The house is well equipped with expansive views toward the water. Ron was very responsive to an issue we identified, he resolved it quickly, and communication was great throughout. Highly recommend this home for people who want to get a taste of San Diego and some of the surrounding Beach areas

Had a great time at your home. The kitchen was great to cook in. Wasn’t sure how to work everything but figured it out. The view was awesome. Very comfortable, my brother n law loved the white lazy boy. The rain put a damper on some things, but can’t control that.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Blick! Das Haus liegt gĂŒnstig und ruhig gelegen, die Fahrtzeit zum Strand oder Downtown betrĂ€gt jeweils circa 15 min. und ist somit ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Die Nachbarschaft ist entspannt, sauber und ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. FĂŒr unsere Zwecke war das Haus optimal und ich wĂŒrde es weiterempfehlen!

Wedding Week

We were visiting San Diego for our daughter's wedding and needed the property to serve many purposes. Myself, husband, sister and son were staying and everyone had a bedroom to use. Flower arrangments were made the day before the wedding and we had several of my daughter's frineds over to help and then enjoy lunch. The rehersal dinner was held here with about twenty people and the outdoor space was a hit! This property did it all and I was proud to host people as the space was beautiful, parking was easy, nieghborhood was quiet, and proximity to downtown San Diego was perfect.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Newly remolded home in a very quiet neighborhood that is still close to everything San Diego has to offer. Twenty minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beaches of Mission Bay, 15 minutes to Sea World (you can actually see it from the house) and 5 minutes to the restaurant/bar area of Pacific Beach. Large spacious deck with amazing views.
