This newly remodeled two bedroom two bath beautiful condo is located in the heart of Holmes Beach!
The main bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has a queen and full. There are three T.V.'s so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows! The kitchen has new modern appliances and is fully stocked for cooking on those lazy days in.
The nearby public beach has volleyball courts and playground equipped with swings. Here youâll also find Anna Maria Island CafĂ© serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a small Tiki Bar serving beer, wine frozen drinks and a gift shop that sells beach attire and souvenirs.
If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful Anna Maria Island vacation property, this could very well be the one for you! Parking is limited to two vehicles. Restaurants and shopping are located within walking distance.
No Pets and No Smoking. Accommodates up to 6 people. Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week. If you are traveling with other families, we have unit #7 directly above it as a rental as well!
