Bara 300 steg från stranden, Harbour Lane Court är en 4 enhet resort, med 3 ett sovrum, ett badrum lägenheter och ett två sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet. Bara nyrenoverade, alla enheter är bottenvåningen och denna lilla utväg har massor av gammal Florida charm, med de ursprungliga 1962 terrazzo golv och katedralen tak. Lägenhet # 4 (Harmony) har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum och sover 7 bekvämt med vår queen size Bellagio Hotel madrass och en full storlek bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det andra sovrummet har en våningssäng med en full storlek madrass på botten och en tvilling på toppen. Det har också en låg curb dusch i både mästaren och 2: a sovrummet bad. Alla enheter är fulla lägenheter och har nya rostfria vitvaror: full storlek kylskåp med ismaskin, naturgas, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. De har alla energieffektiva naturgas tankless vattenvärmare. Vardagsrum och sovrum har LED-platt-TV med baskabel. Vardagsrummet har en blå-ray-spelare med Netflix och Hulu (från ditt konto) som du kan strömma från vår gratis WiFi som fungerar över hela fastigheten så att du kan hålla kontakten. Vi har hotellkvalitet handdukar och sängkläder, inklusive strandhanddukar, och har också strandstolar, paraplyer och strandvagnar.
Våra fritidshus ligger 2 korta kvarter från en av de vackraste gulfstränderna i USA, och ligger inom gångavstånd till matmarknader, apotek och restauranger. Den gratis vagnstoppet ligger bara 1/2 ett kvarter bort, och vagnen går från Anna Maria City Pier vid norra änden av ön till Coquina Beach i södra änden. Den körs var 20: e minut från 6:00 till 10:30. Du behöver inte ens en bil medan du är på ön. De 4 enheterna är Serenity (# 1), Tranquility (# 2), Sanctuary (# 3) och Harmony (# 4) och har en uppvärmd pool, gård, två gasgrillar, tvättstuga och utomhusduschar med varmt vatten . Poolen har ett litet barns område, och även en 28 "simning lane.

Denna lilla men exklusiva utväg har ett avkopplande tropiskt tema hela tiden, och öppnade just i slutet av 2016. Alla som har bott här har absolut älskat det, läs bara våra recensioner! The Perfect Place!

We can’t say enough great things about Harbor Lane Court! The effort and attention to detail that Joan and Olga put into this place show in every way. The location is perfect and just a few steps to the beach. You feel like you’re completely secluded although you’re close to the beach access and Gulf Dr which is so nice. The items provided such as the beach chairs (nice ones at that!), beach wagons, umbrellas, towels make a world of difference. We have visited the island 4 times now and this location has by far been our favorite! We can’t wait to return!

a week at the beach

very nice accommodations, perfect for 4 people. too tight for more than 4. we stayed in the 2 bedroom. well equipped and well thought out. light and modern. pool nice even to swim short laps. owners very welcoming. we enjoyed our stay. beach a short walk. perfect stay.

We loved it! We booked for next year! Everything is beautiful from the lush landscaping to the cozy interior. It was wonderful for our youngest son (37) have his own bedroom and bathroom when he flew in to visit us. The laundry facilities were such a convenient thing to have and so tidy. We so enjoyed sitting by the beautiful pool. I made chicken, carrots and noodle soup by stewing my chicken thighs in your crockpot (so thoughtful to have) then bought a large vintage aluminum pot and lid to add my deboned chicken, carrots and noodles to cook. I left it with you because we drove a Volkswagen Bug down and it was just too big. It was great to be able to make pizza in the oven. My husband and I are low salt people so that worked out great. We forgot to write in your journal. So I’m happy to tell you how much I appreciated all the thoughtfulness you put into our stay. We are looking forward to next year! Betsy and Jim

Beautiful Beachside Bliss

From arrival into the pristine, tastefully decorated apartment to the little touches that made the stay effortless, our whole experience renting at Harbour Lane Court was absolutely lovely. The initial entrance with the sitting room / kitchen diner with loght and airy furnishings and decor and the bedrooms to thw left and right made us feel instantly relaxed. The beds were comfy, the Towels were soft, the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Everything was organised. This was a definite arrive to hit the beach holiday. Wagons, comfy beach chairs, towels, beach and pool toys etc. It was all there. The heated pool was lit prettily in the eve and the outside seating areas were festooned with lights. There were lovely festive touches in and around the apartments. The position allowed for walking to the local Anna Maria Beach Cafe plus the local shops and a few steps to the free trolley bus stop to the North and South of the island. A perfect holiday for a family with children, teens or the elder family members. All apartments faced into each other for shared time but with privacy if you are in separate groups. We would definitely return if we were welcome and we hope to visit again as soon as we can return to Anna Maria Island. Thank you for our stay at Harbour Lane Court.

Serenity

The property was fantastic! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were fantastic to have for our children. The amenities were wonderful! Heated pool, tables shaded with beautiful palms. Beach wagons were such a great touch! Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach ball. Kids had such a fun time! And adults too :). Joan was extremely communicative and receptive. We will definitely be back!

AMI gem

My family and I (myself, husband & 4 kids ages 7-14) stayed in the Harmony unit for 4 nights during October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was immaculate and well-organized. The grounds were also very neat and well-maintained. We had all that we needed in the bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces to be comfortable. HUGE bonus were the beach supplies provided, including boogie boards, sand toys, noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a wagon to haul it all to the beach! The beach was a short 2 blocks away and was not crowded at all - calm and low-key, which we like. The *only* downside to the unit is that it is right on a decently busy road, which makes it sometimes tricky to cross when going to the beach and fairly loud when sitting outside on the patio. However, we still enjoyed spending time outside and most of the drivers would stop to allow us to cross the road with all our gear and 4 kids in tow. The pool was great too - we all enjoyed taking a dip after cleaning off in the outdoor showers after a day at the beach. The co-owner, Joan, was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family! Thanks for a great stay!

Wedding weekend

Harbour Lane Condo

Delighted with this Condo. The condo was clean, well equipped and the location was perfect. Loved all the touches that Joan and Olga had thought about, from tubs with dishwasher tablets to shower gel/ shampoo sets and the carts for the deck chairs for the beach. It is very clear that they take pride in the condos, gardens and pool area and we would love to come back and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely wonderful

Our condo at Harbor Lane Court was meticulous! Everything was perfect! The condo was so clean and Joan and Olga thought of everything from beach chairs and umbrellas to a full operational kitchen. They were both very accommodating and welcoming! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants!!! Highly recommend Harbor Lane Court- Can’t wait to return very soon!

Beach Family Vacation

This place was so cute and so well maintained! It was absolutely perfect and was perfectly located to the beach! . They had everything you needed for a day at the beach and everything you needed for a hassle free stay. Joan was so nice and accommodating when we got into town super early and she let us use the beach chairs and beach access while our unit was still being cleaned. We appreciated that so much. This was one of THE best beach vacations we’ve had and we will definitely recommend This property to our friends when they visit Anna Maria.

Everything We Needed

We just got back from our stay on AMI and loved every minute of it. This rental has everything, from the needs like kitchen things and laundry access to the fun things like the pool, beach toys/chairs/umbrellas and most importantly close proximity to the beach! Paradise found!!

Harbor Court is a wonderful small group of condos that are beautifully kept whilst still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. My family (2 adults and 2 boys 6 and 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found the owners - Joan and her partner - to be super friendly. Nothing was too much bother (not even to answer a silly question from me when I should’ve read a sign properly). The location is perfect - 2 easy blocks away from the beach and on one of the main roads on the island. We really loved this place and would really love to come back one day!!

Relaxing 😌

My sister and I were happy with the accommodations. Everything was very clean and neat and quiet. The pool is too small for laps or playing for older children. More of a lounging pool. Warm and clean and would be great for small children. The free trolley stop is nearby. The street to cross to the beach is busy but the cross walk is at the end of the block. The wagon and all of the extras were handy for a day at the beach.

This was the best vacation our family has ever had! This place was perfect in every way! 41 years ago, I moved to Anna Maria Island from North Carolina and rented one of these apartments for a few years. It was a great place to call home. Today, my partner Olga and I own it and have restored the entire property as though we were going to live in it. We paid attention to details and created a home atmosphere at a vacation resort. I also have had a screen-printing business on the island since 1985, so we're not absentee owners like a lot of rentals. We will be around to make sure your needs are met. Enjoy our home! It is owner maintained for quality assurance.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We inherited this property from my dear friend and business partner, John Lach, who passed away in 2015. We could have sold it but knew it would probably be torn down and another huge party house would go up instead. My partner Olga and I knew what a great little resort it would make, and tried to keep as much of its 1962 charm as possible, like refinishing the terrazzo floors. We put in all new stainless steel appliances and replaced the tubs with low curb showers to get in and out of easier. I really would love to live here myself!

The resort is unique for it's Old Florida charm and relaxing grounds. All units are full apartments with a separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. 4 families can rent the whole resort and have it all to themselves for the same price as one huge house, then everyone has their own kitchens and own space if they want to get away and have their privacy. We take pride in the cleanliness and tranquility that comes from vetting our guests before accepting booking requests instead of doing instant bookings where you could wind up with a fraternity party in the unit next to yours.
