Located on the East end of Big Bear City with lots of privacy and open space. This beautiful multi-level home features plenty of natural light, privacy, and plenty of open space that will have your friends and family entertained year-round. Views of Gold Mountain and Baldwin Lake. Just a short drive to the Village, marinas, ski resorts, Alpine Zoo, and more!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1700+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, loft, 3 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Downstairs second bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Third bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and balcony. Fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed with full trundle, and smart TV. Loft has a daybed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator with water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room in the garage with pool table, ping pong, and foosball table. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning stove fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Large back deck with views of Baldwin Lake, tons of patio furniture, and gas fire pit.
