This recently updated condo in Breckenridge sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features new furnishings and electronics. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan to the dining and living areas invites gathering at the end of a long day on the slopes. Crystal Peak Lodge is a ski in/ski out complex that offers shared amenities, including and outdoor plaza with w/hot tubs, a fire pit, and a fireplace. Guests of Crystal Peak Lodge are able to access the shared amenities at One Ski Hill, including an indoor pool and bowling alley.

The entryway offers plenty of storage for your vacation gear. This property is located on the ground floor which means no carrying luggage up and down stairs. Not to mention, you can walk right out of the property and head to the lifts that are just off the complex.

The living room features new furniture, a fireplace and a flat screen TV. The sleeper sofa offers an additional sleeping arrangement and the extra sheets and blankets can be found in the closet. Off of the living room is access to the patio where you can actually see the gondola. The dining area is adjacent to the living area, surrounded by windows with access to the patio. The dining table seats six.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar at the large granite topped island seats three. Enjoy the convenience of private laundry, and laundry soap has been provided for your convenience. The first of two full bathrooms is just across from the kitchen, with a private access from the guest bedroom also. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom, just off the living room, features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. It has its own access to the guest bathroom.

Great Stay

So close to Peak 7 lifts and also just a short ride on the gondola to the Peak 8 base area. 2 minutes from your condo to the lifts! Loved the personal locker which was so nice to store skis and boots, etc.. The conod is very nice too! No complaints at all. Nicely supplied with all the kitchen essentials, comfy beds and couches, nice dining area and bar area too. Will definitely come back!

Annual Breck Ski Trip

My 17 yo daughter & I stayed here 4 nights for our 5th annual PTC school-break ski trip. Condo is on ground floor, so not too many units on that level, which made it pretty quiet. The gondola runs right outside, but it’s.not obtrusive at all. Condo was nicely furnished & well-stocked. Beds were comfy, too. Peak 7 Independence chair is literally steps outside the ski locker on the first floor. Very convenient for first tracks! Speaking of, we took advantage of the First Tracks program on Friday & headed over to Peak 9 at 7:30 to ride Quicksilver up & stay at top of 9 for 60 minutes of trail lapping. It was totally worth the early morning wake up! Only hiccup was one of our room keys didn’t work, but called host & she managed another way to get us in. Lesson learned, double-check all keys every time you leave the room! Overall, a fabulous stay!

7000 Crystal Peak

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in good condition and mostly clean. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. The location is great. The biggest frustration was only having a single key for 6 guests. We asked for another and were denied. We were told to leave the key in the lockbox and let all guests know the combination. This was extremely inconvenient especially when skiing because you cannot enter the facility and ski lockers without the key. Several other guests in other units were given multiple keys.

Looks good at first glance but is pretty rundown.

We had high hopes of staying at a nice lodge and we are familiar with the Breckenridge area but unfortunately the 2 room condo was not near as nice as we were hoping. Maybe it was a fluke, maybe it was due to the time of year we visited but we had a barrage of problems. The blinds did not work The crank handles that opened and shut the windows broke off making it hard/impossible to shut certain windows The water on the fridge broke and stayed broken for almost a full week There is no a/c The fireplace did not work The hot tub was not working and was under construction for 12 of the 14 days we stayed there, the smaller one worked but there were constantly construction workers in the hot tub area so it made it weird There were ants and fleas throughout the condo Only one of our keys worked so we had to get extra a couple days into our trip We never received a parking pass The wooden trim piece above the glass sliding door literally fell on top of us when we were opening the door Our shower drain didn’t work to the point you have to turn off the water several times throughout your shower and even then the water overflowed The bath drain didn’t work, it randomly would let water out or wouldn’t open to let the water drain The bathroom door didn’t latch There was no vacuum, only a mini broom One of the hair dryers didn’t work The safe didn’t work I know it sounds like I’m being picky and harsh but when you pay a lot of money, you expect better.

Fall Wedding

The condo complex was in a beautiful location. The amenities at the condo facility were very nice. The people working with the Vrbo on site and through text communications were friendly and helpful answering questions during our stay. The unit we stayed in was very clean. The only drawbacks of our unit was that the we couldn’t get the unit to cool off as not all of the windows were functional to open and close and the TV usage instructions and remotes could have been better. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay with a few minor hiccups

Worst managed property

The lock box that was supposed to contain property keys was empty. Didn’t get keys until halfway through the second day. Ski locker wasn’t accessible until the later part of the second day. WiFi and TVs didn’t work and it was SuperBowl Sunday. When I called, they just said the same thing that’s written in the guidebook. (The guidebook is not specific to this property but a general book used for multiple units.) A worker finally came to fix the TVs and WiF late the second day. Steam Room was broken. For a “luxury property” this definitely fell short. I will defy check to see if a property is managed by SCMR before I book.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, you just cannot beat the location! Steps from the gondola and peak 7 lifts. It was awesome! We found the communication and ease of check in to be wonderful and some pre-check in requests we made were ready and waiting! We did find the interior of the property to be a little tired, furniture outdated, and the unit overall, in need of a deep clean. We felt that other similarly equipped properties have slightly better equipped kitchens. We didn’t feel the unit was particularly kid friendly as the bar stools and counter height dining table difficult for small kids to eat at.

Breckenridge Peak 7 New Year

The check in process was as described in the info received, but only included two key cards...for five registered guests which made logistics challenging as the key cards are required to use amenities (hot tub, ski locker, fitness center). The location at the base of peak 7 was awesome and the amenities were good. Would definitely stay again!

This is a true ski in ski out- 5 steps to lift line!

Reviewer Comments: Beware, you have to STUDY the instructions like taking the bar exam. Every time I walked through the lobby some new guests are completely lost on what to do. NO ONE is at the lobby or reception. Fireplace is a joke and they would not provide the key to increase the flame blaming it on HOA rules. Check out time at 10am! Really!!! Very cheap kitchen silverware and appliances. Can’t use the safe on premises!! Locked by the Unit’s owner for their use only? Duh (unit on ground level with few feet from Gondola’s high traffic). Communicating with staff is extremely slow. Location Great. Comfortable and Clean.

Nice condo

Clean and nicely furnished. Tons of pillows which is always a plus. Master bedroom - bed has a firm mattress, not the most comfortable. Second bedroom - mattress was way too firm, could not sleep on it. This is a first floor unit and if you like having windows open - take note you won’t want to in this unit. Nice to have a heated garage to park in.

We arrived early and weren’t able to check in yet, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to use the shuttle service to go check out Oktoberfest that was going on downtown. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were very impressed with the Management Co as they responded to our questions immediately. We would stay here again.

Charging $15 an hour for check in is unnecessary. Also it would be helpful to have more than 1 keycard. This was a bit of an issue.
