February Ski Trip

The condo was very comfortable and had all the needed supplies and kitchen utensils. The property is incredible for skiers and location couldn’t be better. The ski valet was service was amazing and now we are spoiled.

Breck the

Location, location, location! Our family of four (kids 9 and 5) made the trek from the East Coast to Breck and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s property. The resort is incredible and offers every amenity - ski valet, pool, bowling, heated garage and onsite bar. The place is very clean and is well stocked. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Amazing Spot

This was an absolute perfect spot for my family. Our kids are 7 and 4 and ski in/out was important to us. The condo itself offered enough space. Steps from the gondola offered us a quick trip into town for dinner each night. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to return.

10/10 – Absolutely Exceptional Stay!

This was hands down one of the best short-term rentals we’ve ever experienced. Every aspect of the property exceeded our expectations—spotlessly clean, incredibly well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The check-in process was seamless, communication was prompt and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better—right at the base of the lifts and all the summer activities.The unit itself felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed. When we realized the toaster wasn't working properly, we notified the host and a brand-new one was delivered within an hour! Amazing service. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge bonus. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—plenty of towels, great water pressure, and extra blankets.The resort amenities were just as impressive. Our kiddo loved the bowling alley and easy access to all the mountainside summer activities—alpine slide, coaster, mountain biking, mini-golf—and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tubs and hanging out at the base of the lifts, soaking up the sun.We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—this property set a very high bar. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway!

GREAT Location!

An amazing location…literally steps from ski valet at 1 Ski Hill Place! Walk out the condo door, down the steps and you’re in Ski Hill Grill in 30 seconds. Seriously. Location Location Location!! It’s certainly a small condo but for us being a small family of two adults and 1 child it was perfect. Will certainly stay again. The host, Tanya is fantastic too

LOCATION! LOCATION!

Peak 8 is the place to stay in Breckenridge! This condo is located in One Ski Hill on Peak 8. Ski in/ski out is a must! The unit was very clean and easy to access. Hot tubs and pool are located on the same floor of the unit. We will definitely stay here again!

Great time on the mountain as always. Staff at one ski hill place seem stressed and sometimes a bit rude. But everyone in. Service industry is a bit stressed these days.

Listed breakfast as an amenity but they only offer to those that book with them. When staying with privately owned unit managed by outside source, you don’t get free breakfast.

Best place to stay in Breckenridge

This location couldn’t be more convenient. Right at the base of the ski lift (along with the ski school and activities center) and at the top of the gondola into town, we could easily get to wherever we needed to go! We were provided with lots of great information and helpful tips for our stay and the management company and owners couldn’t have been nicer. With a full kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms, the room has everything you could need. The resort also has great amenities including a fabulous ski valet and pool/hot tub. Breckenridge is a charming, laid back town with so much to enjoy. We hope to come back soon!

There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaways with you too.
