Upon entering you will be in the open Kitchen, complete with all the full-sized appliances and all the silverware and dishware needed to prepare a meal. The adjacent Dining Area has a circular table set for 6 guests. Next is the Living Area, home to plenty of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted HDTV, views of the Gulf of Mexico, and access to the balcony via large sliding glass doors. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, an amazing view of the beach, a HDTV, and a private bathroom. The Master Bathroom has dual vanities and a shower/bathtub combination. The property managers were easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, a beautiful view of the beach, comfortable beds and easy to navigate. The beach service was an added perk!

Spring Vacation

This time of the year is great to be at the beach. Not as hot but the water is cooler. We recommend this place to anyone who wants something central to the city. Everything is super close.

We had things planned everyday of our weekend getaway. That being said, we didn’t spend much time at the property. Everything in our room place worked well. The beach itself at the property was amazing.

Beautiful Views

Loved staying in this location. Beach wasn’t crowded it was so close to the complex. Our room came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. There were toys and boogie boards by the pool that our kids were able to use at the beach. The pool was warm and the kids loved being able to do a night swim. We caught crabs on the beach at night which was a riot. Having no spices, etc, paper ware made it a little hard to cook but we made do. Overall it was a fun stay!

Great location on the beach and in Destin

Great condo! Comfortable beds. Could never get WiFi to work unfortunately. Asked front desk and still couldn’t get it to work. Microwave worked but it had to be plugged in each time to use. If you left it plugged in it would start beeping at random. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. The free beach chairs was nice so we didn’t have to lug all to the beach. Elevator was slow. Only one worked. Fitness center was out of order unfortunately. Overall great stay.
