Great for family of 4

Great stay! Condo is clean and well appointed. Good location. The pool is just across the street and the walking paths are great. We didn't use the beach shuttle but it's a short drive to barefoot beach. Communication was excellent and friendly. Would stay here again!

Bright, open, and beautiful

Our family enjoyed this modern but charming unit. The master bedroom was very comfortable with plenty of drawers and closet space. The pool was well-heated and the unit had many different pool floaties, as well as a great selection of beach toys and chairs, and a cooler. Bonita Bay is such a beautiful property - a true tropical paradise. Sometimes we felt like we were in Hawaii or Costa Rica it is so lushly landscaped. You can walk or bike for miles inside the development. One loop is almost 6 miles. There are resident bald eagles and roseate spoonbills among the many bird species. We used the complimentary kayaks and canoes on the creek trail and saw fabulous wildlife including river otters and giant iguanas. We bought live shrimp from one of the marinas at the property and caught a good variety of fish: snook, snapper, pin fish, blue crabs, etc. A Bonita Bay groundskeeper told us the best lakes to fish in on the property. He said one usually has tarpon in it. We tried it and I didn't set the hook in time, but it was a thrill. We walked to De Romo's gourmet market, less than a mile away, for meatball subs, fancy desserts, and reasonably-priced wines. I love staying at Bonita Bay and this unit was equal to its beautiful surroundings. Beatriz is a wonderful, responsive hostess.

Bonita Stay

This property is nice, clean, and was close to what we needed. It is exactly as advertised. The owners were nice & responsive. The home was a good fit for our family.
