Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Pets are not permitted on the dock or sound side beach area as it is a community dock.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Boats Over 22 Feet, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
