Well, you get what you pay for! There was no TV and the internet was very spotty. Had to do some work and it was very inconvenient. The place looks like someone’s basement that was maybe cleaned once in the 80s. Incredible location! But they literally had someone jackhammering outside of my door at 11 pm one night. Very poor customer service. I spent 15 minutes waiting for the internet information the first night because they were so disorganized. This was after being told that the info was in a book at the apartment. Don’t believe them! Not that it mattered because the internet was so spotty anyway. When I reached out to the number on Vrbo it was disconnected. Not sure if they fixed that yet, but beware they will not respond to messages either. If you are considering, maybe go camping instead, or try someplace else. I gave them a chance to address my concerns post trip. I hate to leave bad reviews. But this one deserves it. Should have taken photos of all the cobwebs, but only took one photo because it was ridiculously unimpressive.Will not rent from evolve again. Even the low price didn’t make it worth it.

Dark and dingy

The place was not light and bright as in the picture. Bathroom was freezing cold due to continues air conditioning. I kept the bathroom door closed and the main room was fine. I found the exposed cement floor to be unappealing as it was very rough. The freezer was all iced up and dripping water from it. TV channel selection was terrible IMO. I got what I paid for. The bed was fine. Street noise wasn't bad. Nice area. I felt safe and secure. Kitchen area was nice and clean. I enjoyed the coffee maker. I might even stay there again because of the competitive price and convenient location. Need brighter lighting over bed and kitchen area. Need wall to floor covering IMO.

Could be much better

This property has a lot more potential.....More attention to cleanliness, adding hot water to bathroom sink, cleaning area rugs, assuring blanket on bed, putting WiFi instructions inside property, not requiring guests to carry off their trash, installing weatherstripping around door, exploring noise control for "industrial" fan in bathroom, etc. Positives: location, movie theme, comfortable bed. This place could be a "come back to" property with a little more effort.
