Just a short walk from the beach, this spacious property accommodates up to 15 guests (with prior approval and an additional fee) and features three scenic terraces, a large yard, and a rooftop party deck complete with a wood-burning fireplace and built-in grill—ideal for unforgettable gatherings under the stars.

The beautifully designed main house includes five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, offering plenty of space for comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, with easy access to the yard and terraces, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The ground-floor master suite features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a smart mirror, and a private en-suite bathroom. Also on this level, one bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds with its own private en-suite bath, while a queen bedroom and an additional king bedroom share a full bathroom.

Upstairs, the fifth king bedroom includes its own private en-suite bath, ideal for added privacy. The upper floor also hosts the main living space, complete with a large sectional sofa, 65” Smart TV, card table, board games, and a surround sound system. A gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including an industrial-grade Sub-Zero refrigerator, a wine fridge, and a walk-in pantry. The kitchen also features an island with barstools for casual dining and socializing, plus a dining set for 8 people. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink is also available for your convenience.

For added privacy and with an additional cost of $150 x night, the casita serves as a sixth bedroom, featuring a full-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a cozy living area with a 42” Smart TV, a queen-size sofa sleeper, and a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and water cooler. A second laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer ensures a hassle-free stay. Climate-controlled with mini-split air conditioning, the casita offers a peaceful retreat.

Outside, you'll find multiple patio furniture sets and dining areas across the terraces and yard, making it easy to enjoy the stunning views of the ocean or host meals.
