What a great place to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. We loved the traditional craftsmanship of the home and the well stocked kitchen. Vivian was a pleasure to work with and responded to my inquires right away. We look forward to returning in the future and hope this property will be available.

Great stay! Perfect setup for 3 families. Host was super responsive and we appreciated all the beach toys, equipment, etc for the kids to enjoy.

First family trip to Rocky point

Everyone said this was the best vacation ever, the house had everything we needed and more! Views were outstanding! Beds comfortable, water pressure good, very clean. We will be back for sure!

Steps from the beach!

Owner and property manager were fantastic! The home was clean, beds were comfortable. The home has a nice open floor plan, great for families! Location is perfect and will stay here again.

2nd Time Staying

We love this house and the location and will keep coming back again and again. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked, they provide purified drinking water and tons of beach toys and its steps from the beach. Location to restaurants is fantastic. Truly, such a gem!

Amazing Beach House

Can't say enough good things about this property, the process and the overall experience. It's extremely safe and in a great location on Sandy Beach. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need to cook meals.

Amazing house with everything you'll need! And they were great to work with.

We stayed here for our annual staff retreat and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It has everything you'll need and it perfect for groups looking to relax and spend time together. The owners and all the staff were great to work with and were very accommodating. We loved it!

Great location

The house is located in a safe, convenient area with easy access to the beach and the pool. We found the house clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this property and I will come back again.

Clean, close to the beach and pool

Three families (6 adults and 6 kids), we rented the main house plus the casita and there was plenty of room. We all found the house to be very comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely come back!

Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds comfortable. Excellent spot between the beach and swimming pool. Loved the extras for the beach. Hosts were very responsive and great travel info to help us get there. Local property manager was Excellent! Responsive to our needs. Very safe and secure community.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful home on the beach. The location, layout and amenities of the home were perfect. Home is located on a beautiful wide stretch of sandy beach, and is within walking distance to a few restaurants/bars including Colin's Cantina, Wrecked at the Reef and Mare Blu. Really looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect location!!

The location is perfect. You can get to all the restaurants and even downtown in no time. The beds are also really comfortable and that is really important to me. The house is also stocked very well. I can not wait to take our family back.

Great home and location

There were six of us, all adults, and one chocolate lab 🐕. We were very comfortable and relaxed in this home. Plenty of room and privacy as well as wonderful access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for opening your home to us.
