Welcome to 417 Festival, your ultimate vacation retreat in the gated Festival Resort community of Davenport, FL! This fully furnished 5-bedroom, 4 full and 2 half-bath townhome combines comfort and convenience, just 5 miles from Walt Disney World.

besides the first day/night with the ac not working in the heat, overall it was an okay stay but i do appreciate the level of communication host has thanks again for the stay.

Poor AC and Pool conditions

The condo’s decor was nice, but I was really disappointed with the pool and AC issues. When I arrived, the pool looked like someone had just filled it with water, there were no sign of chlorine or anything that made it look appealing or safe. I contacted the host to share my concerns, and she responded by sending a picture of the pool via text message saying it had been cleaned the day before. But to me, a photo doesn’t prove chlorine levels or cleanliness. The AC was another major issue. It wasn’t working properly, and we were hot the entire stay. The thermostat even reached 80 degrees at times. The host had instructions to keep the AC set to 72 or it might freeze up and we’d be charged. She did send someone out to check the pool and the AC, but also warned me that if nothing was found to be wrong, I’d be charged a service fee. I didn’t appreciate feeling threatened with extra charges when I was just looking out for my family’s safety and comfort. On top of that, my toddler started feeling sick the day before check-out, so I reached out the day before to ask for late check-out and the host said no. Overall all, while we enjoyed our time at Disney, the condo itself was not a pleasant experience. It was too hot to be comfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
