Our family loved this home! It was more than enough space for everyone, clean and the host is highly responsive. We didn’t want to leave!

Plenty of room

We had plenty of room for our two families. The upstairs family area was great for kids. Timely responses from the manager. Resort pool was very nice. We also enjoyed basketball, pickleball and volleyball there. Listing was accurate. Easy “back roads” access to Disney.

Family get together

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to Disney but the traffic always a challenge in Orlando. Plenty of room for six adults, one child and and two infants. Quiet location except for barking dog the first night. Place could use a few more cooking sheets but made do. Good value for the money.

Exceptional Stay with a Thoughtful Host!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this space! It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind together. Everything was beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The host was also very responsive and checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable, top-notch stay!

Week with family

We had a great week. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5 and having the pool was nice for the kids. The game room and pool at the clubhouse were a great addition as well. The only downside were the selection of pots and pans in the kitchen. It was a very limited selection to begin with and what was available was not in good shape. We were not able to use them. Communication with the evolve team was great and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely book here again.

10s across the board!

Listen…THIS IS THE HOME TO STAY AT! This house was a 10 across the board. From the host, to check in process, to cleanliness, to space, even down to the supplies needed! I hated to leave, really wanted to extend my stay. The location is perfect off of Disney property but still a nice distance (not too far). The security is top tier, and I can’t compliment the home and space enough! Each room has its own bathroom and the master bedroom upstairs is everything. The home even came with 2 strollers, a high chair and pack and play which was so convenient for my 1 year old as I went off and left his stroller at home. This saved me over 100 because I was going to go buy one. THIS IS THE HOME TO STAY IN FOR YOUR VACATION!!! I literally have no negatives for this home! Thank you so much! Wish I would’ve taken photos but I only have a video of our arrival and sadly it won’t let me post it. But take my word! BOOK THIS HOME!!!

Good property in a good location

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and organized. Recommendations- need new cooking utensils, need more than just one dish soap packet per day and need laundry detergent. Overall, family and I had a great time. We would go back.

Very Spacious and convenient to Disney

Our Dance family had a great stay here. We had our own space to relax but able to be together as well. They’re quick to respond if you need anything as well. I left some clothing in a drawer and they coordinated with the next guest for me to be able to pick up my items.

Had our team stay in the same housing complex. Our coaching staff rented this house. Clean house. My only complaint os that the pool does not get much sun so we did not use the outside area of the house

We stayed oct 13-15 overall the property was nice...was alitrle smaller than the pics showed....they have strict policy on #of cars and every driver has to check in or the rude security will turn them away and threatened towing of their vehicle...the communication between the property manager was good we communicated via text... other than that... the property was perfect for my friends and I

Room for Improvement

Lovely space and fantastic resort amenities. "Cook's Kitchen" was disappointing- listed amenities missing or unusable (no grill, no spices, cookware and utensils extremely limited). Towels sparce. Pool was set to 103 degrees and we couldn't use it for the first two days. We were told to "add hose water to cool it down". AC was off upon arrival and it was HOT. Fire alarms beeping when we arrived, batteries needed and our property manager was "out of the country" and barely got back to us. Overall, this is a lovely property that is poorly maintained and stocked.

Not worth the headache

I have always loved Paradise Palms BUT this time was TERRIBLE! The traffic to get in to register was HORRIBLE! Then when we FINALLY after an hour get to the gate our name was not on the list so then they made pull out of the complex and call the owners and have them put us on the list and then GET BACK IN LINE! After about an hour and 1/2 we got checked in THEN our ticket wouldn’t let us in the automatic gate…so we had to get the guards attention each time we went in. The house was very nice and clean but we couldn’t get on WI-FI using the directions that was sent to us so AGAIN had to call the owners and she said “Oh they sent you the old WI-FI info” she did send it right on to me but it was just ONE MORE THING!! I will not be staying at this complex again. VERY NICE but extremely unorganized!

Very good stay. Unfortunately some missing information and misses.

We stayed with the family for 1 week and really enjoyed the stay. The house was really nice and located in a good area with access to pool, tennis and other activities. Unfortunately there were some issues. One major issue was the fact that the ad stated a bbq grill was included. It was not and when I just asked for that I got a really angry reply from the owner. Not the way you should be treated during a stay. In the end the property manager Evolve had to step in to sort this out. There were also some other issues with the house you might need to consider. There were not enough glasses for all people (if you are more than 8 people), no wine glasses at all. The frying pan was directly nasty (scratched and the handle broke off). So although I would like to recommend the house based on location and the house itself the misses and specifically replies from the owner would not allow me to recommend this.

Très bien

Grande maison. Les photos sur le site de réservation sont plus belles qu’en réalité. Mais, c’est quand même bien. Il y a peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. Emplacement parfait, près de la piscine. Nous avons bien aimé !

Great location and layout, but…

This is the second time staying in this home, mainly for the great location and spaciousness of home. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Beds are comfy, which is a plus! The “but” is because both times staying in home, communication leading up to our stay has not been 5 star. The information about gaining access to gated community is incorrect, and contact information isn’t correct for home host. 2 stays in a row one of the guests has been stuck at the security gate jamming up others from entry, and it’s been embarrassing and frustrating to say the least. Another “but” is due to the pool being extremely dirty, with dirt, dead bugs and layered with pollen. Screens around pools are not in good condition which probably the main reason for dirty pool.

Poor Choice

Although the unit was spacious, there was a multitude of problems. We couldn’t access the property for 40 minutes because no one notified the gate of our arrival and when we tried to contact someone it went to voice mail. We had great difficulty with the front door; it wouldn’t open easily and could never lock it when we left for the day. The keurig coffee machine didn’t work. The toilet paper was cheap and paper thin. The screen to the pool was torn and the vertical blinds had missing slats. Light bulbs were inoperative.

Family Vacay

Large house! Perfect for extended family to join us on vacation. Lots of bathrooms. :) comfy couches too! We found it lacked a bbq and would have liked a few more frying pans or cookware. I would rent this house again.

Great location and great host!

Me and friends went and stayed and we loved the location because it is in a gated community with nice community pool, basketball courts, volleyball court, etc. host is very nice and easy to get in contact with. Overall very satisfied with our trip.
