Other things to note

1. Enjoy partial views of the iconic Three Sisters Mountain range from the primary bedroom — a beautiful way to start your mornings in the Rockies.

2. A quick note about construction: There is temporary work taking place across the street, typically on weekdays starting at 7:30 AM and wrapping up by 4:00 PM. We have two young children ourselves and find the disruption inside the condo to be minimal. To thank you for your understanding, we’ve already applied a discounted rate to your stay.

3. One heated underground parking spot is included for your stay, with convenient elevator access to the main floor and luggage carts available for your use.

• No pets are allowed.
• This is a non-smoking property.

5. To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events. Please note that any violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine.
