Why not experience a unique and private stay with epic views of downtown Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills in the neighborhood of Beachwood Canyon! Beachwood Canyon is a community in the Hollywood Hills, in the northern portion of Hollywood.. The upper portion of the canyon is the Hollywoodland community that was advertised in the 1920s by the original of what is now known as the Hollywood Sign. The neighborhood features its own Beachwood Cafe and Market.
Main living area has large living area w outdoor private patios and fully stocked kitchen w washer/dryer. Scenic living and bedroom areas boasting epic views of downtown LA tucked in the Hollywood Hills of Beachwood Canyon. This home has (2) primary bedroom suites.
Upper Primary Bedroom w King size bed ensuite full bathroom and private patio.
Lower Primary Bedroom w Queen size bed ensuite full bathroom and its own kitchenette. Plus separate bedroom with a trundle bed w twin size bed.
** Owner lives in the top part of house with their dog a 10 lb toy poodle. This second and third levels of this home are for you to enjoy w breathtaking views. There are shared walls but they are very mindful. We are fully transparent that you are renting a private second level unit attached to the house above and may hear occasional noises and their dog barking when you arrive to the home.

Residential Street Parking Only (min 1 car). No RV's, trailers or hitches. Hollywood Hills streets are well-known to be very narrow and windy.

Central Air Conditioning and Heat is controlled in the main house by the Owner
Plus more stair workouts such as the Belden/Woodshire stairs. This is a celebrity neighborhood so you'll never know who you'll see walking their dog. Another great workout is a 30 min hike to the iconic Hollywood Sign and Lake Hollywood Park. Other nearby sites are Hollywood Walk of Fame, Runyan Canyon, Universal Studios and Griffith Park 15 min drive away.

HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age policy is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests. (exceptions will be considered with a refundable $1000 security deposit that will be completed via email with your credit card authorization after your booking)
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS (4 people including infants and toddlers) Extra Guest Fee $75/per guest per night
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. Outside visitors not permitted.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
NOISE ORDINANCE: 10 pm â 7 am.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise.
NO SMOKING (Outdoors Only) $500 fine if any traces of smoke, ashes, etc found inside the home.
NO PETS
NO WEAPONS
NO FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY permitted, exceptions must be preapproved by Management
* You will provide your Valid Photo ID of everyone in your group. All Outside Visitors Must Be Preapproved.
