Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a sofa and additional seating, a full kitchen equipped for home-cooked meals, and two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms—one with a plush king bed and the other with a cozy queen. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Step outside to enjoy a communal wrap-around porch overlooking Main Street, complete with seating for sipping morning coffee or people-watching in the heart of town. Downstairs, a shared courtyard with a peaceful fountain adds a touch of tranquility to your stay. From this unbeatable location, you’re just steps away from Fredericksburg’s best restaurants, boutiques, wine tasting rooms, galleries, and more—no car needed! This suite is located on the second floor and requires a flight of stairs to access; therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $95.00 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

-Main Street is known for its popular late-night attractions, which may lead to some noise in the early morning hours.
-No more than 4 occupants permitted
-No Events or Parties are allowed
-Place trash in designated receptacles
-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.


Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
