This condo is located in the community of Las Playas, close to the beach, the Campstore and easy access to Hwy 5, Poinsettia Park and award winning schools (Pacific Rim, Aviara Middle School). This unit has been recently renovated throughout to include New AC, motorized black out blinds in bedrooms and great room, large screen TV's in great room and master bed room. King Bed in the Master and Queen bed in secondary bedroom, plus a couch. Includes detached 1-car garage, 2 patios, refrigerator, washer, and dryer, Ideal location a block from a large community pool, 2 spa's and tennis courts. Centrally located and near all that Coastal Carlsbad has to offer! This is a minimum of 1 month rental. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

We stayed here for two weeks in 2025—two adults and two children—and had a great experience. The home was very clean, recently remodeled, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during warmer days.Our visit unfortunately coincided with (delayed) exterior painting week for the entire community; however, the host was incredibly proactive—reaching out ahead of time, offering multiple options including a full refund, and staying in close contact throughout. Every question we had was answered promptly via text, making things super easy.The community pool and hot tub were well maintained, and the location is nice for a vacation — a 15-20m walk or a 5m drive from South Carlsbad beaches. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This rental was one of if not the best vacation rental we’ve had. Viola and Brandon were amazing. The condo was pristinely clean and we had everything we needed. I was so impressed by all the Tupperware and kitchen utensils they had available. They had everything you can think of. And most importantly, they were the most accommodating and kind hosts. They came over when you needed something. They replied really quickly. Not only was it a perfect location and just what we needed, but the service was unmatched. I definitely recommend staying here. It’s in the heart of Carlsbad and close to everything.
