Its the entertainment, shopping and dining experiences that make this small boutique area so special. And it's only 5 mins walk to the train station, or if your active it's only a 2km walk to the Perth city.
The location of your townhouse is second to none. It's located in a relatively quiet cul de sac but literally only a few minutes walk from the heart of the entertainment centre.

We have the best of both worlds in a relatively quiet cul de sac but literally only a couple of hundred metres from the trendy Leederville with its cafes, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre and hotels. There's even an Olympic size swimming pool a short walk away.
