In the heart of Harbour Town and on the first level of Lighthouse I, this incredible vacation residence offers breathtaking views of the Calibogue Sound and the 18th green of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links.
The living room is relaxing in muted coastal themed corals and blues with plenty of seating so you can watch golfers try their skills on the 18th. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a private back porch where you can capture the refreshing breezes off of the sound and watch the sunset.
Open to the living room and kitchen, the dining room seats six at its table, and offers counter seating for three.
The spacious upgraded kitchen has loads of countertop space and solid wood cabinets in cream and navy. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel, and there is a bar area just off from the kitchen that has a standalone ice maker for your entertaining convenience. There’s also a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
Offering a lovely view of the Harbour Town marina, seen from the front of this home, the master bedroom holds a king sized bed in a soothing neutral palate….the epitome of fresh coastal living. This master also features a flat screen TV and walk-in closet. Its luxurious bathroom provides a double beadboard vanity with brushed nickel fixtures, and a roomy stone shower. There is a built-in storage cabinet for all your vacation extras.
In muted grays and whites, the second bedroom offers two twin beds. There is a comfortable bench for seating and a flat screen TV. Step down into the sunken lounging area to find a couch that converts to an extra wide single bed. Its private bath holds a beadboard vanity and glass door stone shower.
The third bedroom, situated facing the Calibogue Sound, features a king sized bed. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Its bath holds a large stone shower and beadboard vanity. Sliding doors lead to the outdoor top level porch where you can sit, relax and watch the sun set.
This home’s coveted harbourside address allows you to simply walk outside and onto the shell path encircling Harbour Town’s marina, enjoying easy access to the boutique shopping, fine dining and world-class recreation of Harbour Town. The spectacular Sea Pines Beach Club is just a short bike ride away as well.
