Om boendet

Länkarna är ett lugnt gated community i Port Royal Plantation. Vår villa är en ljus och bekväm en berättelse öppen planlösning lägenhet som är på farleden på sjunde farleden på Barony Golf Course.

Carolina-rummet och sovrummet ser ut på golfbanan. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med eget badrum och garderob. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng, privat badrum och fönsterplats. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar och ett komplett badrum. Vårt kök är välutrustat och tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

En gasgrill är på utomhusdäck mellan villan och det separata två bilgaraget. Uteplatsen är ett bra ställe att äta utomhus. De två bilgaragen har golfvagnen för resor till stranden. Strandstolar tillsammans med pool- och strandleksaker förvaras i garaget för din användning.

Familjerummet har en katedral tak med en platt-TV, DVD-spelare, våt bar med en Keurig och gratis Wi-Fi. Med nyckellös ytterdörr kan du köra direkt till villan vid ankomst.

Stranden är en kort tur i vår privata golfvagn. Strandparken har en lekplats och toaletter. The Links har en gemensam pool som ligger nära vår villa. Hilton Head har många trädkantade stigar för promenader eller cykling. Vår villa erbjuder alla bekvämligheter i hemmet i en underbar semesterplats.

Vi ligger nära utmärkta restauranger, bra shopping, tennis, kort promenad till Westin Resort, biografer och naturligtvis Starbucks. Dagsutflykter till Savannah och Charleston är också utmärkta resor.

Home owner is super helpful!

Close walk to the beach and excellent communication from the owner. Lovely view to the golf course. We enjoyed watching golfers every morning with our coffee.

Clean stress free stay

This rental is very clean , maybe too clean, we slipped a couple of times on the waxed floors! so be careful. Everything is well marked per the owners expectations of use so you have clear directions. We enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, beautiful windows letting in light, older living room furniture not the most comfortable but we were able to relax. Having the use of the golf cart was wonderful to go to the beach and all the things in the beach closet. Just be careful in selecting your chairs, there is a lot of rust on them, a pair of swim trunks were ruined by the rust that would nit come out. I’d recommend this place and location to those looking for a stay in the area.

Lovely Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of six! It was very nice and clean, close to beach and pool, and restaurants! The golf cart to ride to beach in was the icing on the cake! We highly recommend Links 9b for your next stay at Hilton Head Island!

An awesome getaway

My family really enjoyed our time here! We are a Disney Vacation Club family, but couldn’t manage a reservation this summer at the DVC HHI resort. This was a lovely alternative. The golf cart made beach-going a breeze and house was the perfect size for our family of 6. The community was sweet, safe, and quiet. We would stay again!

Great Location

Very nice property. Good location, short walk to the beach. Golf cart is a great addition to explore the nearby area. No beach towels provided so that would be a nice consideration to add in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week at the rental. The rental is very well equipped for your stay. The access to the garage, golf cart, beach and pool tools was so helpful. The communication with the property manager was very good. We had a great vacation and would visit again!

Great getaway

We had an awesome stay. The house was perfect for us. The place was clean and it’s in a nice area. We had a good time drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the golfers play the hole off the living room. Beach days were fun. The golf cart is a game changer! Would definitely recommend.

A great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The area offers a lot to do for families, even with the terrible weather we had when were there! The property and home we clean, quiet and beautiful. Our only complaint is that the beds really needed new mattresses and pillows, as it made it hard for any of us to get much sleep. However that didn't hurt our ability to enjoy ourselves and all that Hilton Head has to offer.

Very Roomy and Affordable

This Villa was spacious and had every amenity we could possibly need for a comfortable 4-night stay to attend a family reunion. We loved scooting over to the Westin's restaurants and Starbucks using the golf cart! The location was very quite and relaxing. When comparing prices with other family members located in different areas of the Island, the price was great! We had four adults and two small children, so our only disappointment was finding leftover food and dirt in, and under, the couches. If you're bring small children that play on the floors, this will be an unpleasant surprise. We contacted the property manager.
