Viewing the Harbour Town Golf Links, this tri-level townhome has everything you could want in a vacation home including a wonderful centralized location in the heart of Sea Pines.
The living room enjoys views of the golf course with a sofa, matching loveseat, two swivel chairs and a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors access the oak-shaded patio and outdoor table, from both the living room and the dining room. Seating eight at its generously sized table is the dining room.
With crisp white cabinetry, the kitchen features every major appliance including a flat cook-top and nearby washer and dryer.
Viewing the golf and oaks, the second floor master bedroom features a swing king-sized (two twin beds upon request) and private bathroom with spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination. Across the hall is another bedroom, housing two queen beds with beach motif furnishings and its own private bathroom with walk-in shower.
The third level of the townhome holds two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom with tub/shower combination. One room features two queen beds, a TV and lovely golf views. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV.
In addition, Heritage Villas has a resort-sized swimming pool. The numerous amenities of Harbour Town, Sea Pines Racquet Club and Harbour Town Golf Links are all in close proximity as well -- just a short walk or bike ride away.
