The tiled living area features a sofa, loveseat and a large flat screen TV. Handsome yellow and white checkered drapes lead to a back patio and seating for watching golf. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area with a glass dining table seating for 8 stripe with a view of the golf course through another pair of sliding doors. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with handsome blonde cabinetry. Conveniently, a half bath is located off the entryway and a laundry room closet is off the kitchen hall.
