Relax and have fun with the whole family at this ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT home. The uninterrupted views from the deck are sublime....watching the sultry sunrise, the ships sail by, the glistening sunset and listening to the waves lap onto the shore.
You can literally step out into the backyard and stroll straight into the shallow bay water to paddleboard, jet or waterski, otherwise grab your bike and take a ride along the waterfront path, or heck, just get lazy....what's a beach retreat for!
The space
As you step into the home you have immediate access to the stairs which take you up to the open plan kitchen and dining area.
From the dining table you look out to the water, and walk through the lounge area and onto the deck.
To the other side there are two double rooms with BIR and the main bathroom with a separate toilet.
Downstairs you have the front bedroom with a queen bed and single bunk. It also has a WIR and storage room. Youll walk through the laundry/shower/toilet area to the back bedroom which has a single top and double base bunk.
You have access to the backyard and beach.
To the other side there is the rumpus room which has a billiard table, lounge section and games area. This also has access via glass doors out to the backyard and beach.
