Amazing family home opposite a park & sleeps 10
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Light & bright double story home with an excellent floorplan to comfortably suit up to ten guests. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 x king, 2 x queen & 2 x bunks so perfect for 6 adults & 4 children. There are 3 bathrooms plus a powder room as well as a separate laundry. A large living/dining/kitchen with sliding doors leading to outdoor space. The property is situated directly opposite a park with play equipment for the kids.
Split over two levels there is an abundance of room for everyone to enjoy.
You enter through the front door and into a wide entrance hall. On the right is the kids bunk room which can sleep 4 and has a built in robe, next is a bathroom with a shower, vanity & toilet. At the end of the hall you have the open plan kitchen, dining and living. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, double door fridge/freezer, microwave, pantry and all the basics you need including toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glassware, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, etc... The living room is well set out with large comfortable couch, coffee table, wall mounted TV & access to the outdoor entertaining area through the sliding glass doors. There is a outdoor dining table & chairs plus a gas BBQ. And for those cooler nights there is an indoor dining table with ten chairs. A separate laundry is also available with a combined washer & dryer plus ironing board, iron, drying rack plus an outdoor clothesline is available.
Upstairs there is a retreat/second living area with comfy couch, wall mounted TV and access to the balcony with table & two chairs. This balcony overlooks the park and kids play area. There is a large master bedroom with walk in & built in robes and a king size bed, also an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There are two additional bedrooms both with queen size beds and built in robes. Central tiled bathroom with shower, bath and vanity plus a separate powder room with toilet.
The outdoor space is low maintenance with artificial grass in the rear garden and a fully enclosed space. This property has an alarm system, double garage with additional fridge and has ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout.
You will have access to the whole property except the under stair space which is locked off for the cleaning supplies.
Although we won't be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform.
The beach-front town of St Leonards is situated near the Bellarine Peninsula's most easterly point, between Queenscliff and Indented Head.
The town centre is located at the eastern end of Murradoc Road and consists of a supermarket, several eateries, retailers and the iconic St Leonards Hotel which has a large outdoor beer garden which overlooks the bay. This is less than 2 kms from the property and can be visited by car or on foot.
The St Leonards pier is situated across the road from the hotel. There is a kiosk at its entrance and the pier has several branches from which people can fish of enjoy the views of the coast. South of the pier is Harvey Park which features BBQ facilities and a playground that overlooks the beach.
North of the pier is the scenic route of The Esplanade which hugs the coastline along its path north towards Indented Head and Portarlington. There are grassy foreshore areas and quiet swimming spots.
South of the pier, Bluff Road follows the coastline passing by a foreshore caravan park, a jetty and boat ramp. Following Lower Bluff Road leads to shady picnic areas and the St Leonards Yacht Club where watercraft are launched from the grassed foreshore area and boat ramp.
Further south of the yacht club is the Edwards Point Wildlife Reserve which is home to a large collection of bird life. Access is via walking tracks near the coast off Beach Road or from the main car park near the junction of Bluff Road and Ibbotson Street.
The St Leonards Lake Reserve is a pleasant spot about a kilometre west of the pier on Murradoc Road. Parkland, picnic areas and sporting facilities surround the central lake which is inhabited by birds, ducks and geese.
Located less than 2kms to St Leonards and 13kms to Portarlington this is a great place to relax and enjoy. You can explore via car or on foot and parking is usually easy to find.
The beds in this property are provided with fitted sheets, doonas with cover and pillows with covers. A top sheet is not provided.
This property is fully set up for guests and a lot of care has gone into the set up, we welcome you to the space but ask that you respect it and also keep noise to a minimum so you don't disrupt the neighbours.
If you do not have previous Airbnb reviews we will request the following information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking:

- The names and ages of all of the guests
- The photo ID of the main booking holder

Our property is 100% smoke free zone. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesnât come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged.
We do not accept 'schoolies' groups at this property and the minimum age for check in is 25 years.

There is no smoking allowed in the house, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
