Thank you for your wonderful review of our beach front condo home. Joanna and I are glad you liked its location. Everything is easy to get to.... an easy 15 minute walk to Siesta Village.... plus the free trolley stops right at the corner of our building. About a 3 minute drive to the Village. Being across the street of the Beach offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and Beach from our 3rd floor unit. We're pleased you mention the cleanliness of our unit. Our goal for all our guests is to provide them with excellence in service. Al & Joanna

Thank you all your great comments about our beach front condo home. And a special thanks for your comment on how clean we keep it for all our guests. That is important to us. You mentioned it's a short walk to the beach....and you are correct if you mean walking to the shore line where the waves hit the sand. Actually, the sandy beach itself starts only about 50 steps from our condo. But because Siesta Beach itself is so wide, it takes a few more steps to get to the water. Again, thanks for all your kind comments. Al

Thank you, Maria, for your wonderful review. Joanna and I are so happy you found our condo had all the comforts of home. You are absolutely correct about the Gulf and Beach full panoramic views from our unit. The views are breathtaking. We look forward to your return to our beach front condo home. Al Viviano.
