Njut av en perfekt semester i Florida på vår lägenhet (enhet 109) - mittemot den världsberömda Siesta Beach (rankad # 1 stranden i USA)! Vårt särskilt välskötta, exklusiva ett sovrum, ett bad lägenhet ligger i villa komplexet närmast Siesta Beach - känd för att ha den vitaste sanden i världen (med utseendet på baby pulver). Vi är bara en kilometer från charmiga Siesta Village, med sina exklusiva affärer och restauranger! Våra gäster är vanligtvis par eller två personer, men ibland - om du checkar med oss - tillåter vi en tredje person i enheten.

Gå ut ur vår praktiska första vånings enhetens Lanai, gå sextio steg - och du är på denna magnifika, hisnande strand. Vår lägenhet är inredd i ett glatt, luftigt strandhus tema. Vårt screened i Lanai är perfekt för att äta din frukost ute eller titta på fantastiska solnedgångar med kanske ett glas vin. En super bekväm king size-säng väntar dig i sovrummet. Om en tredje person upptar enheten har vi en stor soffa - eller kontoret kan erbjuda en luftmadrass. Det finns två kabel-TV och dessutom har vi naturligtvis tillgång till WiFi-internet. Den vackra stora poolen uppvärms vid behov, och ett klubbhus erbjuder ett gym, bibliotek, biljard och bordtennis.

Vi är belägna i den bästa platsen på Siesta Key, en exklusiv resort by strax över bron från Sarasota. Oavsett om du håller dig till Siesta Key eller går till Sarasota själv, hittar du alla typer av anläggningsaktivitet som finns och ett urval av hundratals restauranger. Och nu - det finns en helt ny restaurang - den enda på stranden med fantastisk utsikt över viken - mittemot lägenheten! Bäst av allt, vi har gjort våra priser den mest rimliga som erbjuds var som helst på Key! Även om de flesta av våra gäster har tillgång till bil - nu när det finns en fri vagn som går från vår lägenhet till Siesta Village - kan vissa komma undan utan biluthyrning.

The condo was clean and perfect for 2 people. The complex is directly across from the main public beach which is massive. Would love to stay there again.

One Bedroom Unit with Excellent Location

We truly enjoyed our stay at La Siesta. This one bedroom unit was very clean, quiet, open and updated with beach decor. The location was amazing as well! This unit is directly across the street from public beach access #12. The hosts, Marcy and Warren were very easy to work with. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will definitely be back.

Comfortable and Convenient Beach Condo

This condo was decorated with a beach feel and furnished comfortably for our week long stay! The convenience of location to be able to just walk across the street to Siesta Key beach was perfect for us! The owners were in contact with us -welcoming us and asking if we needed anything for our stay! Having a pool at the condominium complex was a nice added feature for late afternoon swimming and relaxing with a book ! As a couple the condo was perfect size for us and the managers of the condominium office were friendly and helpful with suggestions for area attractions and restaurants-we definitely have this one in our VRBO saved trips for next year!

Beach week

Condo was very nice. Perfect location. Just wish they had beach chairs & an umbrella for the beach. They did provide bag chairs but they were not comfortable at all. We ended up buying chairs from someone who had stayed the week before. Then we sold them for the same price to people we met on the beach so it worked out well for us. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was well maintained and a great location. It was located directly across from Siesta Key beach. The pool was located a short walk from the Condo and was also very well maintained. Management and Owner contact was welcoming and contact was easy and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beach getaway. The one thing I didn’t like was one bathroom and was small. But that is normal for a one bedroom rental. I would rent again for a short week getaway.

Beautifully decorated cozy condo!

Just across the from beautiful Siesta Key Beach and everything we needed to be comfortable for our 9 day stay! It is a quiet and beautiful property! Perfect for a couple. A gorgeous pool on the property, although, we went to the beach every day. The trolley is just outside, down the sidewalk and all the fabulous seafood restaurants, site seeing, different beaches and entertainment you would ever want! Would highly recommend!

Moment in Serenity

Amazing and Beautiful!! My husband and I were so pleased with the entire trip. Truly beautiful beaches and a wonderful location. The staff and owner were wonderful and we felt like we were home. The best was being across from the beautiful white sandy beaches. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due too Elsa. The owners contacted us and is working on a partial refund on our trip. So we are looking forward too another amazing summer next year!!

Close to the Beach and Siesta Village

This was our first VRBO experience and we were very pleased. Marcy and Warren emailed me shortly after I submitted our reservation to welcome us. When we arrived, we used the wrong television remote, so I emailed Marcy to ask for guidance. She and Warren stopped by on their way back from dinner and got everything going. We had a very nice chat and from then on, it felt like we were renting from friends, not just an unknown person. The apartment was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, linens, visitor information, and beach chairs. One of the most helpful things there was a small clothes drying rack that we used every day. The apartment was close to the pool and the parking place was covered. We enjoyed our two-week visit very much.

Wonderful Location, Very Clean, & Well Maintained

This condo is directly across the street from the main entrance of the #1 Rated Siesta Key Beach and is nicely equipped with comfortable clean accommodations. The owners were awesome to work with and we will most definitely be returning to stay for future vacations. Perfect location in Siesta Key

This condo was perfect for us! It is clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed walking to the public beach, Siesta Key Village and the public tennis courts. Marcy was great about communicating with us and sending recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The area to grill is so nice and convenient that we grilled out twice the week we stayed. The pool area is also extremely clean and comfortable. We will be back.

This property is by far in the best location on the Key. Years ago we took one look at this drop dead gorgeous beach and knew at some point we needed to have a presence here.
