Den 2 sovrum / 2 badrum lägenhet ligger på världens berömda Crescent Beach på Siesta Key - erkänd internationellt för sin fina pulver vit sand - cool att gå på även på den hetaste dagen på sommaren! Crescent Beach på Siesta Key är klassificerat # 1 i USA och # 14 i världen.

Denna lägenhet har en bra utsikt över stranden från den öppna balkongen. Lägenheten är öppen planlösning erbjuder mycket utrymme med fullt utrustat kök med allt förbereda en gourmetmiddag eller beställa i pizza. Matsalen rymmer bekvämt 8 personer. Badrummen är ombyggda. Det stora sovrummet har en king size säng och gästrummet har 2 drottning storlek sängar. Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet så att 7 personer kan sova i enheten. Det finns en gratis WiFi i enheten och det finns smarta TV-apparater i alla rum så att du kan titta på dina favoritfilmer på Netflix och Hulu. This was great for a quick family getaway on the beach! My kids loved the pool, the beach was easy to access via a short walk through the parking lot, the building was quiet at night and our rooms comfortable so we could rest, and restaurants were just across the street so we didn't have to drive if we didnt feel like it!

Stress Free Vacation

The property was great and everything that was needed for our stay was provided. The unit was clean and the location was steps away from the beach. Michael the host was amazing. Great communication and even provided his cell number with instructions to call or message him if any problems arise. None did. He is by far one of the best hosts I’ve had yet. Will absolutely stay here again!

Review

Great location, fantastic unit, very clean in and out of unit and well maintained. Thought there was a grill in unit, not at beach to be shared by all residents - but that's not a big deal or negative. Pool is in front of building by entrance, not in back close to beach. Not a ton of sunlight and not a lot of space at pool. Overall a very very good place and certainly worth renting.

3/29 - 4/5 Spring Break

The unit was really great with a full kitchen, 2 Br and 2 Bathrooms. Its was very spacious for the 6 people we had. The unit was very clean and in great condition. The best part of the stay was the location of the building. It is located right across the street from all of the local bars, restaurants, shopping etc...and it is right on the beach. Everything is easily within walking distance and when you want to head down to the village for additional shopping, restaurants, bars all you have to do is jump on the trolley or green frog buses which pick you up right across the street from the unit. Michael was great to work with and communicated with me several times in the lead up to our arrival. The instructions to gain entry to the unit were very easy. Overall the 7 day experience living in the condo unit were a full 5 stars . Thanks you

Great location, beautiful beach! Nice condo

This is the best location in Siesta Key if you’re looking to be able to walk to local restaurants, coffee, shops, and bars. The condo overall fit our needs well, but the lanai furniture definitely needs to be updated. I didn’t even want to sit out there to have a cup of coffee. Beds were comfy, but could use some new sheets. The owner is nice to work with. Beach access is wonderful - pool is fine - nothing special.

First Time in Florida

Great Location!

We had never stayed in the south part of Siesta Key. Always thought it would be too busy of an area for us, but now this location will be our first choice on future trips. The condo was clean and well appointed. Communications with our host, Michael, provided everything we needed on check-in and exit, and the overall property was well maintained. With the beach access right out the back gate and a number of restaurants, bars and shops across the street (Capt. Curt’s Spearfish, Turtle Beach Grill (short ride)) and Southern Crescent Market, we had easy access to all that we needed for our stay. We will definitely use this condo again on future stays.

Wonderful Condo!

Loved our accommodations and location! Clean and well stocked. Right on the beach, beautiful grounds, warm and clean pool. Right across the street from a cute grocery store, coffee shop, ice cream store, restaurant/bar and Annas Deli is excellent! Beds comfortable, roomy, nice kitchen, laundry on same floor. Perfect!

Hooked after 1st visit

Check in instructions were different from what was received thru app and then direct from manager. Both had wrong gate code. Condo needed more bath towels. Sleeps 6 but only given 4 bath towels. Well equipped otherwise and clean condo. Great communication with property manager. He allowed us to check in early since condo was ready. Wish the pool and outside restrooms were closer to the beach. Great to have beach towels and chairs included. Office staff weren’t too friendly to help since they told us that they didn’t manage the condo. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and we very much enjoyed getting away from the snow and ice for a week. Not a problem but only thing was you cant park a full size vehicle in the assigned parking spaces so it a decent little walk with luggage but they also have carts available to help with that.

Perfect Stay

Loved the condo, furnishings and all. Everything was clean, wifi worked great, Great communication with owner. Beautiful beach and wonderful location. Loved that the property provided sun chairs for the beach. It was in walking distance to restaurants, shops and Grocery store. It was our first time in Siesta Key and we will defidently be back!

Clean, comfortable condo on the beach.

This condo is pretty much as advertised. Great location, many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great little market directly across the street to use in the condo's full kitchen. Comfortable beds, mostly quiet, slept well. The beach is right there with the softest sand and plenty of shells.
